20 Precinct Acceleration Protocol Precinct Acceleration Protocol (PAP) Allows landholders to have the release of a Precinct within the Growth Centres accelerated ahead of the planned land release program being undertaken in the Growth Centres. Key condition is that there will be no cost to Government. Marsden Park Industrial Precinct is the first PAP Precinct. East Leppington Precinct is being considered 20

21 Precinct Acceleration Protocol Stage One (processes under which submissions will be considered) Proponents deliver the full estimated infrastructure for the Precinct and any connecting infrastructure linking the Precinct to existing urban areas. Stage Two (Implementation and Approval) Proponents must agree to a prepared detailed Requirements Package before the Precinct will be released and formal planning can commence. 21
