The final amount is due by April 1st 2017, unless previously organised with the College. 3. Staff changes must be made prior to April 1st The acceptance of the application sponsorship / exhibition booth at the ASM 2017 will be effective upon written acceptance from CICM. 5. Sponsorship & exhibition applications received will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 6. Should the nominated booth not be available, CICM will endeavour to provide the exhibition space as close to their selected location. 7. The exhibitor must comply with all terms outlined in the Exhibition Manual, which will be received by exhibitors no more than 1 month prior to the event. 8. The organiser is permitted to change the floor plan of the exhibition if necessary. 9. In the event that the sponsor/exhibitor cancels their participation at the ASM, the organising committee reserves the right to retain all monies until such time the space has been resold. 10.
