2 OVERVIEW Hammerson s redevelopment of Elliott s Field created a shopping park at the forefront of design. 02 Comprising over 300,000 sq ft of prime retail and restaurant accommodation and anchored by a 60,000 sq ft Debenhams department store and a 50,000 sq ft M&S general merchandise store, Elliott s Field is the primary retail destination in its catchment. Capitalising on the success of Elliott s Field, a second phase of 150,000 sq ft situated immediately west of Phase One is being developed. Start on site is for March 2017 with practical completion in October 2017.
