Welcome home. Dear Member, I hope you enjoyed your time with families and friends during the holiday season.

I am delighted to introduce our new Club Manager, Brian Bicaldo who will take the lead on club operations. Please give him a warm welcome and say hello when you see him.

Our membership growth remains robust as we welcome 44 new members to the Club as of December 2018.

We closed 2018 on a high note and we are now looking ahead to new and exciting endeavors the new year will bring to our shores. I am delighted to introduce our new Club Manager, Brian Bicaldo who will take the lead on club operations. Please give him a warm welcome and say hello when you see him. As a club, we endeavor to continuously adapt to the needs of our members who are now enjoying premium experience at the Beach Club assuring us compelling value to prospective members. Our membership growth remains robust as we welcome 44 new members to the Club as of December Sun Coral Café is now exclusive to members and we ve also completed the Beach Club pool rehabilitation which includes an upgrade of the pool deck. Last December, we launched a new edition of our membership card and the hybrid BDO Affinity Credit Card which we are again offering. Lastly, we enjoin you to avail our Advance Payment option, until January 31 only. Again, thank you for your continued patronage. Project start: 2nd week January 2019 Target completion: 4th week March 2019 KAYAK We will be adding three (3) more kayak for our teambuilding package. Target: 4th week of February 2019 Our newest ride will be ready to sail in January ALL ABOARD THE PARAW! RATES: Member: Php 3,200/hour Guest: Php 3,400/hour Maximum of six (6) persons Two (2) units will be available.

4 COMMUNITY CONNECT STORY TELLING Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club and Pico Sands Hotel in partnership with SM Foundation conducted a Story Telling activity held in day care centers in four Barangays - Brgy. Papaya, Brgy. Looc, Brgy. Bulihan and Brgy. Calayo. The focus of the stories read to the children were about kindness and helpfulness. The kids also enjoyed the singing, the games and prizes prepared by the staff. SPREADING THE GIFT OF JOY Club and hotel staff spread good cheer to the kids of Brgy. Papaya, Bulihan, Looc, and Calayo through distrubution of Bears of Joy and a simple Christmas party last December 27. The staff also entertained the kids with Christmas carols, fun games, prizes and snacks. PISTANG PINOY Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club, Pico Sands Hotel, Costa del Hamilo Inc., and Manila Southcoast and Development Corporation (MSDC) together with SM Foundation, Inc, organized the 9th Pistang Pinoy held last December 5, The event gathered 700 participants from the residents of Brgys. Papaya, Looc, Calayo, and Bulihan to enjoy great food, fun games and prizes. Staff served lunch for the attendees while everyone were delighted with the parade of lechon. Pistang Pinoy is SM s annual celebration for the communities in Nasugbu, Batangas.

5 NEWS MEET OUR NEW CLUB MANAGER Brian Bicaldo, is the new Club Manager of Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club. With 25 years of experience in hospitality, Brian will lead and oversee the Club operations, including Membership, Food & Beverage, and Sports & Recreations. He was a graduate of B.S. Hotel & Restaurant Management in University of Santo Tomas. Prior joining Pico de Loro, he worked for several luxury hotel brands locally and overseas in various capacities. You may get yours at your own convenience at the Beach Club reception. Should you wish to avail of the BDO affinity card, please approach any of the club receptions and fill-up the application form. Please send a hard copy or one (1) of your valid government IDs and a 2x2 photo with white background. It s also the best time to update your information and photo for the new card.
