2 Dear Karters, Welcome to the 2013 Geoff King Motors East Coast Over 40 s Titles It is with great pleasure that I can announce that this year s overs 40 s Titles will be the first official Race meeting on the new 902m 38 Kart Track, and there will be no prior advantage to any competitor as there will be no practice on the track. Once again this year we start racing on FRIDAY as this alleviated the pressure on all involved. Check the Sup Regs as for the timetable. For those who don t have accommodation organised yet, get onto it, as Coffs Harbour is very busy and accommodation will be at a premium. Try the Coffs Tourist Information Centre or our website for links, also entry lists & updates. CAMPING: Due to our track extensions there will be limited camping at the track. If you intend camping at the track in your caravan, motorhome, camping trailer or tent please ring/ Troy so that he can allocate a spot. Most sites WILL NOT have power and once the vehicle is parked it cannot be moved until Sunday after racing has finished. The Presentation will be held at the Coffs Fishing Club at $35 per Ticket at 6.30pm Sunday 9 th June. Remember payment should be made by cheque, money order or Direct Deposit sent with your entry. If you want to do direct deposit the account number is as follows: BSB Account Number If you do a direct deposit you MUST ensure a copy of your receipt (proof of payment) showing the amount you have paid is attached to the entry form. Pit spaces will be allocated, if you have a usual spot, get your entry in early & we will TRY to accommodate you, but due to the TRACK EXTENSION some areas are no longer available. IF YOU ARE IN A GROUP YOU MUST ADVISE Troy SO DOUBLE PIT ALLOCATION DOES NOT OCCUR. Note: No motor vehicles will be allowed in the pit area other than motorhomes, which CANNOT be moved once parked in their camping spot.
