1 Team List Package Thank you for choosing to be part of Cheer Legacy Athletics as we enter into our sixth season! This season s motto is Strive for Excellence and we are so excited to have you all along for the ride! In the Team List Package you will find your child s team placement along with the payment plan for that team and their uniform requirements. Tumbling Times: This season we have adjusted our team tumbling program to have much smaller classes to allow coaches more one- on- one time with athletes. Athletes will arrive 15 minutes before their allotted tumbling time to warm up and stretch on their own. Athletes will then have 45 minutes of instructor time. At the end of their tumble time athletes are strongly encouraged to stay and complete the conditioning for their class (approximately minutes). The times shown on the Tumble Time list include warm- up/stretch and conditioning. As athletes progress, they will move into the next class on the schedule. Coaches will inform families when athletes are ready to move into the next tumbling class throughout the season. Tumble times are listed at the end of the Team List Package. Registration Dates: Registration will take place the last week of August (August 28 th 30 th, 2017) times vary depending on your child s team. Your child s in- person registration time is listed with their team list information. Telephone registration is also available between the hours of 1:00-3:00 pm daily on August 28 th, 29 th and 30 th. Payments: All families must have a credit card on file that will be used for bi- weekly payments. Families can choose any two days of the month for their payments. If your family does not have access to a credit card, please advise us of this at registration so we can make arrangements. KidSport/Jump Start Funding: Families that are using KidSport or Jump Start funding must still pay their registration payment as well as make arrangements for bi- weekly payments. Payments will continue until funding comes through. Any extra funding that is left- over at the end of the season will be paid back to the families. Crossovers: If you see a ** at the end of your athletes name, this means they are a crossover onto one or more teams. We tried our best to accommodate all athletes who requested to crossover however we could not accommodate everyone. Please read through the entire Team List package to see all teams your athlete crosses over onto (2-3 teams). For those athletes who could not be placed on more than one team, we offer group tumbling classes, private lessons and other training opportunities throughout the season that families are encouraged to take part in. Crossovers only pay the administration fees once. Please inquire about crossover fees at registration. See Team Lists and payment information below.
