13 GOVERNOR S TRANSPORTATION FUNDING PROPOSAL Over the next three years, these proposals would inject $4 billion into transportation, which would leverage up to $6 billion worth of PPTA projects. 66 projects are located in Hampton Roads, totaling $573 million Nearly 900 projects statewide may be funded. $1.5 billion identified for major PPTA projects, including 2 projects in Hampton Roads 13
