2 Results Weekends: No military activities Airspace utilisation by civil traffic does not improve significantly compared to weekdays; No efficient use of available Routes Military Airspace booking needs to be more precise; Only 50% civil traffic uses released airspace FUA implementation remains a State responsibility. 3 European Requirements In a performance based approach, the efficient implementation of the concept, but also the SES Regulation require the implementation of: ASM supporting tools to improve the FUA at pre-tactical level (level 2) and also at tactical level (level 3) EUROCONTROL LARA Tools for the evaluation of performance of the airspace management EUROCONTROL PRISMIL 4
