The DC Aviation Company originated in 2007 from DaimlerChrysler Aviation, a subsidiary of Daimler- Chrysler AG, established in Due to our history, we have extensive aircraft management experience at our disposal. With more than 330 employees at our Stuttgart site and other international branches, we currently operate one of the largest business jet fleets in Europe. Your Key Account Manager is at your disposal as a permanent contact person for all of your questions and requests. Even beyond this, DC Aviation s emphasis is on very personal service. Our cockpit personnel are recruited, trained, and regularly monitored according to strict Lufthansa guidelines. To guarantee maximum operational readiness, we have a large number of highly competent and experienced pilots on hand. Our cabin personnel undergo intensive training and continuing education, as well. This includes regular training at Lufthansa Flight Training GmbH. Within this renowned training center, our flight personnel are trained in the topics of rescue and safety, fire-fighting, and handling hazardous materials, to name a few. We also train our cabin personnel in the areas of security und crew resource management. Your health is also in good hands at DC Aviation: in annual first aid training sessions, our cabin personnel is trained in the use of defibrillators. The most modern automated defibrillators are on hand in all of our aircraft. The med con team is also available to assist us in medical emergencies. The team s 24/7 alarm center specializes in tele-medical assistance during flight. Via telecommunication, especially well trained experts guide the first-aid crewmembers through critical situations in a professional manner. Comprehensive and regular training as well as continuing education in VIP Service round out our extensive training program. These training programs, conducted by renowned training service providers, include among other things the topics of intercultural competence, wine and menu knowledge, and sophisticated catering service. 13

Due to the large number of flights that we complete on a daily basis, we can easily obtain landing approvals and flyover rights around the globe. We are members of the Visa Waiver Program and possess an unlimited license for flights in the USA. 17 SAFETY OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD Safety is the corporate philosophy that we live by. When it comes to safety at the airline level, we set a new standard in Business Aviation. DC Aviation is the only IOSA audited business jet operator worldwide. This is a uniform, worldwide, extremely rigorous safety and quality audit, which is mandatory for scheduled flight companies but not for business aviation providers. The quality seal of IATA stands for the most demanding standard available in the market, a standard by which the operative management and controlling systems of an airline company are analyzed for operational safety and quality assurance. The audit is carried out by independent external companies that are certified by the IATA. Our extremely strong safety orientation already earned us considerable distinctions in the past thus we were one of only three providers to receive the Platinum Safety of Flight Award for 100,000 incident-free flight hours in

18 We train in the simulator twice a year. This allows our pilots to profoundly internalize the flight systems through intensive rehearsals. This gives us the security that is needed in order to stay in control even in demanding situations and it provides an opportunity to train special approaches to special airports. Our Computer Based Training Program was developed in-house and is tuned to our requirements. Scope and intensity of our training programs far exceed those commonly used in the industry. When still a subsidiary of the DaimlerChrysler AG, DC Aviation handled the entire regular shuttle traffic between the two corporate headquarters in Stuttgart and Detroit. Since then, we performed approximately 30,000 flight hours on the Airbus and more than 25,000 flight hours with our Citation-XLS(+) fleet. This unusually extensive flight experience with a diverse fleet is a unique advantage DC Aviation has to offer. 22

23 PERFECT MAINTENANCE GUARANTEED Maximum conservation of value, maximum safety. We have extensive competence with respect to the maintenance of a wide variety of airplane types last but not least thanks to close collaboration with the manufacturers. Because of this, we are able to procure spare parts very quickly, and can guarantee uncomplicated warranty management. At our site on Stuttgart Airport, we operate one of the largest hangars in the industry with a footprint of about 5,000 square meters. Among other things, we have at our disposal spare parts valued at more than 6.5 million Euro, as well as special tools for specific airplane types, test equipment, and a Maintenance Logistics Center. We also independently carry out unexpected repair work that may arise, quickly and flexibly.
