A cruise booking number is required in order to qualify for the discounted airfares. Cruise Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking creation; if booking is cancelled 200AUD PP Non Refundable Air processing fee applies after deposit is paid and will be deducted from the deposit paid on the reservation. Please ensure that the promotion EX Air Special and/or Savings is listed in the reservation at time of booking. Promo code EXAIR must be entered at time of booking. Passport details must be provided at time of booking (flights will not be issued without passport details). Flight is one-way economy class departing from Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane to Seattle for up to 10 days prior to the start of the cruise (subject to availability and airline schedules surcharges may apply). Discounted flights are instant purchase and non-refundable; cancellation penalties imposed by airlines may be passed on to the guest. 2 Steps to book the Explorer Air Special in Espresso Steps Screenshot 1 - Login to Espresso /Cruising Power. 2- Search for the applicable ship & sail date. Please do not tick the Add a flight option at this stage as the booking needs to be created as Cruise Only (CO) first and the discounted flights need to be added at a second stage through Choice Air. 3- Type in the Promo Code (EXAIR) for this Promotion to display. Click on Apply and ensure that the Promo Code has been added below with a yellow tick 4 - Once the Promo Code has been added, click on View Promotions

3 5 - Select the EX Air Special Promotion which will be combinable with the Brand offer (if applicable). 6 - This will now display the pricing for the EX Air Special offer on the applicable stateroom categories Proceed to select the desired cabin category. 7 - Select cabin # as per usual and proceed to Guest Details. 8 - Fill in the mandatory Guest Details as per usual and click on Review & Book The EXAIR Promo Code will auto populate for Guest 1 and will leave the Promotion Qualifiers field blank for Guest 2. This is OK. Please do not re-enter the Promo Code for Guest 2 as this will cause wrong pricing. Click review & book

4 9 - Ensure that the Promotions are listed on the booking confirmation and proceed to create an Option. Please note that the cost for the Air will only be added to the booking after selecting the flights through Choice Air Once the Option # has been created, click on Shop/Book Choice Air to add the free/discounted flights 11 - Add discounted flights through Air2Sea / Choice Air Select Type of Flight One-Way Select the airport that your guests will be flying from (SYD, BNE or MEL) Select Departure date, deviations are allowed (surcharges might apply) Select the airport that your guests will be fling to. The system will default to Seattle, however destination deviations are allowed should your guests want to fly into a different city in the US prior to their cruise (surcharges might apply)

Discounted flights will be indicated with an AIR2SEA Special star 13 - Proceed to confirm your flight selection An updated invoice will be sent to the Agent displaying the flight details and advising of payment deadline and cancellation penalties for the cruise deposit and the discounted flights as per stated on the T&Cs of this Promotion.
