3 Introduction 1.1 Welcome Redwood Virtual was founded by Chase Morgan and Dan True in May 2014 with one goal in mind. The launch of a very unique virtual airline to serve the skies of virtual aviation. We are currently the only dedicated virtual airline that accurately represents the flight operations of Virgin America. We separate the Redwood Virtual community from our competitors in the market by recognizing our members and community partners, as well as actively develop our network systems, information, and operations to cater to our fast growing virtual airline. In a period of 4 months, Redwood Virtual grew to a network of over 80 pilots, merely short of 200 flight reports, 3 strong sponsors, and some of the leading systems in the virtual airline market. We value the Flight Team as our most important asset to Redwood Virtual. These dedicated individuals are one of a kind, and stand out in the virtual airline community. Not only does our Flight Team demonstrate superior flying, but also leadership, integrity, and the ability to connect with others inside and outside of Redwood Virtual. As a member or sponsor at Redwood Virtual, you are making a decision to change the virtual skies, but also the world. 5 Membership 2.1 Flight Team Application The Redwood Virtual Flight Team is a group of dedicated group of virtual pilots. As a member, our leaders will teach you to be well rounded by showing through our day to day operations examples of leadership, integrity, intellect, and so much more! The application process is laid our as follows Visit the Redwood Virtual Flight Team Introduction Webpage Agree to our community S.O.P and Flight Team regulations Take the Redwood Virtual Entrance Examination (70% Required) Submit your application Await the approval to launch your career at Redwood Virtual 2.2 Application Requirements 13 years of age or older Legal Copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator X, 2009, Prepar3D, or X-Plane Valid Address (GMAIL Preferred) Basic ability to fly Airbus A319/A320 in flight simulator No active restrictions on the VATSIM Network No disciplinary action resulting in permanent removal from any virtual network 2.3 Hub Transfers Flight Team members are eligible for a hub transfer every 90 days. Fill out the application in the Flight Team Portal (FTP) to request a change.

6 2.4 Leave of Absence Flight Team members are allowed up to 90 days LOA per calendar year. Military personnel are allowed up to 365 days LOA. If you require more than the allotted time, we approve extended LOA Requests on a per case basis. LOA applications may be submitted via the Flight Team Portal (FTP), however extended requests must be processed via . Please drop us an at coo@redwoodva.net to request one an ELOA. 2.5 Disputes Unfortunately, once in a while our Corporate Team may make a decision that you don't believe is fair. This may be a ruling we make on a flight report or disciplinary action. If you wish to dispute something, please send us an to coo@redwoodva.net for the Board of Directors to establish a case report and to review the dispute. Dispute reports take hours for processing.

7 Operations 3.1 Ranks Rank Badge Hours First Officer 0 Regional Captain 30 Captain 60 Senior Captain Elevate Pilot Program Elevate Pilot Program (EPP) is the Redwood Virtual rewards program inspired by our friends at Virgin America with their passenger rewards program Elevate. EPP consists of 3 levels. Elevate Bronze, Silver, and Gold each holding its own benefits and advantages over a prior level.

We are working to develop a simple yet effective training program to assist our less experience members keep up with our standards more efficiently. Must dispatch a flight through Flight Team Portal Must use ACARS or Fly on VATSIM (Manual Pireps) Correct Departure & Arrival Airports No over speeding / 250 knots or less under FT MSL Landing rate -600 or less Simulation Rate x1 Proper fuel usage Follow all FAA Rules and Regulations

9 3.5 Hubs San Francisco International (KSFO) This is the main hub of Redwood VA and Virgin America. Over half of our flights originate out of KSFO and even cooler so does the Redwood Virtual Chief Executive Officer! Los Angeles International (KLAX) This is the secondary hub of Redwood VA and Virgin America. We like to refer to it as Party City as you can probably meet some of the nations most respected and popular celebrities. If you get lucky Sir Richard Branson may be walking down Hollywood Boulevard! Policies 4.1 Time Zone Redwood Virtual serves members all over the world. With all of these time zones that we serve, it can quickly get out of hand. Therefore, all operations until the end of time are based around Pacific Standard Time (PST). We do this because Redwood Virtual operates and was founded in this region. Some may ask why we don't use Zulu time. Many of our members find this system very confusing to understand and all it takes to translate PST into your timezone is a simple Google search! 4.2 VXLove Redwood Virtual believes in diversity of our members and other people. We are very tolerant of differences between people and encourage the celebration of this. We have zero-tolerance for discrimination against someones for their gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, social status, economical status, political beliefs, or any other stance or viewpoint they may have. If you choose to not share the #VXLOVE you will be permanently removed from the Redwood Virtual network, no exceptions.

10 4.3 Teamspeak Our members have the privilege of access to our 24/7 Teamspeak voice server equipped with file transfer, VXInteract Radio, and chat rooms. Remember that this is a privilege and may be revoked at the discretion of the Corporate Team. We recommend you use your best judgment when on the server, and ask you act mature and have fun. Anyone taking away from the fun of others will not have this privilege. 4.4 Forums The Redwood Virtual Forums are an awesome way to share information, photos, events, and your career with the community. We have multiple categories for you to place you post into and ask that you use your best judgment for making posts in the correct forum. We have a few rules that keep our forums fun, professional, and safe. No profanity of any kind Respect other members beliefs and viewpoints No Discrimination of other people Please refrain from posting information about other people unless authorized by that person Do not bump posts unless it is in a support forum 4.5 Multiple Memberships We allow and encourage our members to broaden their horizons and check out some other virtual airlines in the community as well. There are a lot of options out there and each community has something that appeals to each pilots and somethings that don't appeal to them. All we ask it that you maintain your flight requirements and do not share member only information of Redwood Virtual in other communities without the permission of Redwood Virtual Corporate.
