1 GOGO Overview Concur is happy to announce our next direct connect provider, Gogo. Gogo allows travelers to get online while in the air, keeping them connected. Using the Gogo exclusive network and services, passengers with laptops and other Wi-Fi enabled devices can get online on more than 1,500 commercial aircraft including all domestic AirTran Airways and Virgin America flights, all domestic mainline Delta Airlines flights and select Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, United Airlines, and US Airways flights. Being able to have visibility into whether the flights available are Wi-Fi-enabled means the employee is given more control over their travel experience. Companies can also reduce costs by taking advantage of discounted rates by purchasing through Concur. Users will see a Wi-Fi icon for any flight search result that is scheduled to have Gogo Wi-Fi service on the airplane. Concur determines Wi-Fi availability based on information provided by Gogo. For multi-segment routes, the icon will show if one or more the legs are scheduled to have Wi-Fi. For more information on Gogo and their offering: How it Works When users search for flights in Concur, they are able to see if a flight is Gogo enabled. This will appear only on the Shop by Fares tab and not for the Search by Schedule tab or Flex Faring. Users may hover over the icon to see details about the flights that are expected to have Wi- Fi. For multi-segment flights, each segment with Wi-Fi is listed.! IMPORTANT: If an aircraft change occurs between time of search and departure, Wi-Fi may not be available on the flight.

2 The Gogo Wi-Fi icon will also appear in the details display. The color of the icon indicates the likelihood of having Wi-Fi based on the type of aircraft used by the airline on the specific route. If the plane type has 100% coverage, then the W-Fi icon is green. If the plane type has 50-99% coverage, then the icon is yellow. If the route has less than 50% coverage, no icon is displayed. We have updated the fare display legend to note these new icons and their meaning: For a multi-segment route, the color of the route icon is the color of the segment with the highest probability of Gogo availability. For example, a route with 2 segments with the first segment showing a green icon (signifying 100% probability) and the second segment with a yellow icon (for 60% probability), the color of the icon for the route will be green.

3 If a user reserves Gogo-enabled flights, the user will see at the bottom of their itinerary an offer to buy a Gogo pass at the special Concur discounted rate. The user selects the credit card to use from the dropdown, which shows the credit cards in the user's profile.

5 The purchase transaction is executed by Gogo and Gogo will appear as the merchant on the user's credit card statement. Within 10 minutes of a successful purchase transaction, the user will receive an from Gogo containing the information needed for the user to access Gogo Wi-Fi on the airplane. Gogo will also send an to the user if the purchase transaction could not be completed successfully. NOTE: The Concur Travel itinerary will not show a segment for the Gogo purchase, since the pass is not tied to any particular trip, and may be used on other flights even if your original itinerary is canceled. A method for viewing your Concur-purchased passes will come with a future release. Successful sample:

7 Unsuccessful sample: A traveler may occasionally find that Gogo is not working as expected on the day of travel. The user may simply keep the Gogo information for use on a future flight. Gogo Day Passes are not airline-specific and will have an expiration date of 365 days from the date of purchase. They can be used on any other Gogo-equipped flight during that period of time. The user must keep this information locally, or log into their Gogo account to review available passes, as this information is not stored within the Concur Travel profile. For first-time buyers, Gogo will create an account and send the new account login ID and password to the user by . The user may change his/her password upon first login. 9 IMPORTANT Note the following: Ghost cards cannot be used to purchase Gogo Wi-Fi. Gogo is not yet available in Concur's mobile application. E-receipts are not available for Gogo purchases.
