Flat fees and handling tariffs applicable to non-based general aviation aircraft The flat fee includes the fees for landing, parking (24 non-divisible hours), passengers and lighting. The handling tariff includes: aircraft marshalling, chocks, access to the pilot lounge, passenger and baggage handling, weather/notams, flight coordination, access to the VIP lounge, catering on request, hotel reservations, taxis, tourist information. Parking beyond 24 hours: from the 25th hour, a parking fee shall be calculated per tonne and per hour and shall be additional to landing fees. Applicable reductions - During the IATA winter season, a 25% reduction shall be applied to landing fees for aircraft of 0 to 2 tonnes. 6 b Corrective coefficient for aircraft noise The corrective coefficient applied to fees varies depending on aircraft noise levels. It is applied to based, non-based and military aircraft: Group 1: 1.3 x = Group 2: 1.2 x = Group 3: 1.15 x = Group 4: 1.00 x = Group 5: 0.85 x = Fees applicable to based aircraft weighing less than or equal to 6 tonnes and operated for non-commercial purposes (including military aircraft) Special conditions may be granted for any commercial uses The landing fees shall be calculated based on the number of movements per aircraft per year. 9 1.2. Parking fees A parking fee shall be levied on all aircraft, regardless of their type, beyond a grace period of 2 hours. This fee shall be calculated per tonne and per hour (rounded up): Passenger fees This fee is payable for the use of buildings and facilities used for passenger boarding, alighting and reception. a. Payment of fees and payment for services Fees are to be paid and services are to be paid for: Either before the departure of the aircraft, in cash upon presentation of the bill and issuance of a receipt, for aircraft operating occasional flights. Or in all other cases, upon presentation of the invoice, with payment upon receipt of the invoice. When establishing the invoice, a sum of 7.62 (excl. tax) is then added to the total amount of fees due in order to cover the administrative costs of creating and issuing the invoice. 2. Reductions, exemptions General provisions relating to rate reductions or fee exemptions, as set out or approved by the Minister for Transport, remain applicable. 3. Methods of payment Payment may be made by the following methods: a. in cash. b. by bank or postal check, including Eurocheques, made out to «TRESORIER ANGLET ADOUR OCEAN». c. by Visa bank card or AMEX for pour business and private aviation 4. Payment deadlines Our invoices are payable upon receipt without discount. 5. Ground holding Regardless of the penalties incurred for late payment, the act of passing an unpaid aeronautical invoice to the claims department triggers the implementation of the procedure as provided for by Article R of the French Civil Aviation Code below: "Article R-224-4: Fees are due for the provision of personnel and/or the use of the facilities, installations, buildings and tools that they cover the cost of. In the event of the non-payment of fees due by an aircraft operator, the airport operator is permitted to call for the relevant authority of air traffic at the airport to hold the aircraft until the disputed amount has been received". 6. Application These tariffs are applicable from the First of April, Two Thousand and Fifteen From this date, all conflicting provisions which may have been contained within texts previously in force shall become null and void.
