2 Demonstrate compliance of M.A 707 (a) M.A.707 (a).1.(a) At least 5 Years experience in Continuing Airworthiness Experience in continuing airworthiness means any appropriate combination of experience in tasks related to aircraft maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management (engineering) and/or surveillance of such tasks M.A.707 (a).1.(b) An appropriate licence in compliance with Annex III or an aeronautical degree or equivalent (Part-66) or a nationally recognized maintenance personnel qualification appropriate to the aircraft category (when Annex III (Part-66) refers to national rules) M.A.707 (a).1.(c) Formal aeronautical maintenance training NOTE: Formal aeronautical maintenance training means training (internal or external) supported by evidence on the following subjects: Relevant parts of initial and continuing airworthiness regulations. Relevant parts of operational requirements and procedures, if applicable. The organisation s continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition. Knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalised training course. These courses should be at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarisation and could be imparted by a Part-147 organisation, by the manufacturer, or by any other organisation accepted by the competent authority. NOTE: Relevant sample means that these courses should cover typical systems embodied in those aircraft being within the scope of approval. Maintenance methods. M.A.707 (a).1.(d) Position within the approved organisation with appropriate responsibilities. Airframe, engine and propeller flying hours and associated flight cycles have been properly recorded, and; 2. The flight manual is applicable to the aircraft configuration and reflects the latest revision status, and; 3. All the maintenance due on the aircraft according to the approved maintenance programme has been carried out 4. All known defects have been corrected or, when applicable, carried forward in a controlled manner, and; 5. All applicable airworthiness directives have been applied and properly registered, and; 6. All modifications and repairs applied to the aircraft have been registered and are approved according to Part-21, 7. All service life limited components installed on the aircraft are properly identified, registered and have not exceeded their approved service life limit, 8. All maintenance has been released in accordance with this Part, and; 9. the current mass and balance statement reflects the configuration of the aircraft and is valid, and; 10. the aircraft complies with the latest revision of its type design approved by the Agency. 11.
