Itineraries Day 1: SINGAPORE HANOI (D) Welcome to your annual event tour. Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Hanoi, capital of Vietnam. Check in hotel upon arrival, Free time to explore Hanoi and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dinner. Day 2: HANOI- SAPA- OVERNIGHT ON TRAIN (B/L/D) After breakfast, sketching session at the famous Hanoi old quarter on 36 It is an area well-known for the history, the architecture, the enormous amount and diversity of products and even the everyday life of its residents. Evening enjoy a famous Vietnamese water puppet show before ending the day with a Vietnamese set dinner. Around 20:00 hrs you will be transferred to Hanoi Railway Station. Overnight train trip to Lao Cai in superior 4-berth compartments sharing with other passengers. Train departs at approximately 21:50 hrs. Notes: Train schedule is subject to change. Private compartments on request at surcharge. Train journeys are part of a great local experience. Cabins are shared with other local passengers (unless private cabin is requested and all berths paid for - with supplement). Restrooms at either end of the carriages complete the local experience. DAY 3-5: SAPA FREE & EASY (B/D) Early morning of day 3 (approximately 06:30 hrs) arrival at Lao Cai, the border town to Yunnan, China. The journey starts with a 38 km drive on winding roads up the mountains to Sapa, located approx. 1,500 m above sea level. Sapa is famous for both its fine, rugged scenery and also its rich cultural diversity. 2/5

3 Sapa is an incredibly picturesque town in northwestern Vietnam, Sapa and its surrounding region is host to many hill tribes, as well as rice terraces, lush vegetation, and Fansipan, the highest peak in Vietnam. For these few days, we will have plenty of time to, explore, enjoy and sketching Sapa town and various nearby tribal villages likecat Cat, Black H mong, Lao Chai, Ta Van. It will be an fun and follow the mood sketching adventure that allows us to appreciate the beauty of magnificent surroundings of mountains and rice terrace fields, and discover the charm of the its bustling market, colourful dresses of the ethnic people and unique daily life. DAY 6: SAPA LAO CAI - HANOI (B/L/D) After breakfast at hotel you will be transfer back to Hanoi. Arrival Hanoi, lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, Local Art Student will accompany the group to visit local Art Gallery and Cafe. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi. DAY 7: HANOI NINH BINH HANOI (B/L/D) After breakfast, proceed to Ninh Binh province (100km) toward the south of Hanoi to visit and sketch Dinh and Le dynasty temples which were built on the site of the Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel then transfer to Tam Coc Town and enjoy lunch at local restaurant. After lunch you will visit Halong Bay on Land - the same limestone rocks as in Halong Bay but seen from a winding stream through paddy fields instead of the sea. Enjoy spectacular scenery and sketch during the boat trip to Tam Coc Grottoes before return to Hanoi. Impressive Farewell Dinner at SEN RESTAURANT. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi. Alteration to Art Adventure Itineraries Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather conditions, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability, local or religious festivals, unforeseen circumstances, the sequence of itinerary may need to be changed or alternative sites substituted at short notice. Alteration to Art Adventure Price The price is subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances and changes in the cost of travel and accommodation services. 4 Minimum Workshop Tour Numbers Art adventure has been priced on the basis of a minimum number of 10 participants travelling. In the event that fewer than the minimum numbers have confirmed their booking by 8 September My Art Space reserves the right to cancel the art adventure, giving a full refund of monies paid, or to offer arrangement to proceed with the sketching adventure at a modified price. Unutilised programs/services are not refundable. Rates quoted are in Singapore dollars (SGD) Nett based per person basis unless otherwise stated Cancellation and Amendments After we receive your acceptance of the reservation made for you, the following cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure - 20% of tour cost Cancellation 30 days or less prior to departure - NO REFUND of tour cost Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by mail, fax or to My Art Space No refunds are available for unused services or tours during your trip. My Art Space reserved the right to modify itineraries and workshop programs due to unforeseen contingencies. Art Instructor Substitution In the unlikely event that our art instructor cannot perform his or her duties due to unforeseen contingencies. We reserve the right to substitute another artist as art instructor. Physical Fitness Sketching can involve a moderate amount of walking (not more than 2 km)and stair-climbing. It is important that all participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in these activities without the need of assistance from others. Comfirmation of Sketching Adventure & air ticket purchase All Participants are expected to purchase air ticket on his/her own. Unless otherwise informed, all registrants must confirm the departure of the tour on 9 September 2017 before purchasing his/her air tickets. My Art Space will not bear any responsibilities for any loss due to the pre-purchasing of air tickets before confirmation of the tour departure. My Art Space will advise the flight details taken by our instructor by 10 September Assistance to purchase ticket available upon request and make full payment before 11 September Actual price subject to the best offer we can get when doing the transcation of payment. $20 fee applies to assistance of ticket purchasing. Insurance Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover workshop members for the consequences of unforeseen events during the workshop tour and for cancellation fees that could result from illness, accident, death or other contingencies.
