2 Dear President, The Egyptian Wrestling Federation has the pleasure to invite you to The 26th "Ibrahim Moustafa" International Greco-Roman & Free-Style & Women Wrestling tournament, which will be held on February 20 21, 2010 in the City of Luxor in Upper-Egypt (about 710 km from Cairo). INVITED COUNTRIES : All National Federations are invited to participate. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS : This invitation is valid for : - Greco-Roman :7 wrestlers,1 coach,1 team leader and 1 international referee. (Total 10 persons). - Free Style :7 wrestlers,1 coach,1 team leader and 1 international referee. (Total 10 persons). - Women :7 wrestlers,1 coach,1 team leader and 1 international referee. (Total 10 persons). - The competitions will be organized in accordance with the FILA Rules. - There will be tolerance of 2 KG for each weigh-category. - There will be Type 2 referees course (2 days before the competition). ACCOMODATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS : - Delegations comply with the above-mentioned number of participants will be accommodated in double rooms from << 18 February 2010 (afternoon) to 22 February 2010 (breakfast) >> against 50 Euros or 70 USD per day per person. - The referees participating in the ((type 2)) course will be accommodated in double rooms from <<17 February 2010 (afternoon) to 22 February 2010 (breakfast)>> against 50 Euros or 70 USD per day per person. - The daily cost for extra persons or extra days will be 70 Euros or 100 USD per person per day.. ENTRIES : - Preliminary entries must reach to the Egyptian Wrestling Federation before 15 January Nominative entries must reach to the Egyptian Wrestling Federation before 01 February TRANSPORTATION : - All countries are responsible for their arrival to Luxor Airport or Luxor Railway station. - There is direct flights from / to Cairo Airport to Luxor.. Check Egypt Air offices.. - The organizing committee shall provide free transportation for all participants from Luxor Airport / railway station to their Hotels and to the training and competition venues..
