Port Management In June 2000, Djibouti Port (P.A.I.D.) entered into a concession agreement with DP World to manage its port facilities for the coming 20 years. DP World is responsible for the management of the Sea Port (Container, Dry Port & Break Bulk Terminals), the Free Zone, the oil terminal causeway and the Airport.
