The Industrial Property Bulletin will publish inter alia the following Industrial Property Matters: Trademarks, including Certification and Collective Trademarks, Patents, Utility Models, Industrial Designs as well as any other matters or information required to be published under the Act, the Regulations or the Administrative Instructions. Any person who has grounds for objection to any Industrial Property matter published, may, within the prescribed time, lodge Notice of Opposition in the prescribed manner as stipulated in the Industrial Property Act, 2012 (Act No. 1 of 2012) and the regulations thereof.
