Windhoek, Namibia s capital nestles among rolling hills, bounded by the Eros Mountains in the east, the Auas Mountains to the south and the Khomas Hochland in the west.

After the tour you will be checked in at Hotel Heinitzburg to freshen up from your flight and relax before dinner. Dinner tonight is had at the famous Leo s at Castle restaurant.

3 ITINERARY DAY 01-24/25 OCT (THURS/FRI) - SINGAPORE DOHA Flight: 24 Oct - Singapore / Doha QR / (7h 55m) 25 Oct - Doha/ Windhoek QR /1040 (9h 40m) Upon landing at Windhoek International (Hosea Kutako) Airport, you will be met and greeted by your Safaris guide and transferred into Windhoek city. Windhoek, Namibia s capital nestles among rolling hills, bounded by the Eros Mountains in the east, the Auas Mountains to the south and the Khomas Hochland in the west. It is a meeting place between Africa and Europe, the modern and the old. First, you will be taken on a short city tour. Accommodation: Hotel Heinitzburg Meals: Luch, dinner included DAY OCT (SAT) - WINDHOEK / ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK After breakfast you will be transferred to the Windhoek International Airport board the schedule flight north over Namibia s central highlands and commercial farmland to reach the Mokuti Airstrip, located on the eastern boundary of Etosha National Park. Upon arrival at the Mokuti airstrip you will be transferred to the beautiful Onguma - The Fort. This afternoon enjoy a guided game drive on the Onguma Game Reserve before returning to Camp for dinner. Accommodation: Onguma Bush Camp DAY OCT (SUN) - ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK Today you will be treated to exciting morning game drive into the eastern side of Etosha National Park as well as on the Onguma Game Reserve, returning to Onguma Plains Camp during the heat of the day for lunch and time to relax by the main area. This afternoon enjoy an afternoon game drive on the private Onguma Game Reserve as arranged by the lodge. The rest of the evening can be spent game viewing at the floodlight waterhole. 4 ITINERARY DAY OCT (MON) - ETOSHA NATIONAL PAK / DAMARALAND After an early breakfast you are transferred back to the Mokuti airstrip where you board schedule flight which takes you north and west into Damaraland where you will land at Uis airstrip. The transfer from the airstrip to the camp will also acts as a nature drive to give you a taste of this exceptional area and the many different (and some endemic) species of flora and fauna that can be found here. You arrive with time to freshen up and settle in before lunch. This afternoon you can either enjoy a guided walk in the local area or a guided excursion. Accommodation: Damaraland Camp DAY OCT (TUES) - DAMARALAND After an early breakfast you will be treated to an exciting 4x4 excursion along the ephemeral Ugab River to explore this remarkable region and to search for game, especially the elusive desert adapted elephants if they are in the area. Damaraland is home to a variety of desert adapted wildlife and hidden desert treasures. Return to camp for lunch and a well-deserved siesta. The afternoon can be spent on another activity into the area, or a walk with your local guide, enjoying a sundowner before returning to the lodge to freshen up for dinner. Accommodation: Damaraland Camp DAY OCT (WED) - DAMARALAND / SOSSUSVLEI After an early breakfast you are transferred to the airstrip for your private light aircraft flight south to Sossusvlei Desert Lodge for three nights. You will fly and stopover in Walvis Bay to refuel, where you will be transferred to the waterfront where you will take part on a memorable dolphin and seal excursion on the outer lagoon where you should see pelicans, flamingos, sea birds, at least two species of dolphin as well as having a (smaller) chance of spotting whales, turtles or sunfish. You will land your boat at Pelican Point, where you will have a wonderful seafood lunch on the beach before returning to the harbor. After lunch, you return to the airport and then continue on your scenic flight south along the Skeleton Coast, allowing you a bird s eye view over the Sandwich Harbour, Salt Pans, cape fur seal colonies, abandoned mining camps, shipwrecks including that of the Edouard Bohlen at Conception Bay and the dune belt across to the Sossusvlei dunes before you land at Sossusvlei Desert Lodge airstrip. Upon arrival you will be transferred from the airstrip to the Lodge. Enjoy the sundowner, or rest before the even earlier start which is scheduled for the next morning. 5 ITINERARY DAY OCT (THURS) - NAMIB NAUKLUFT NATIONAL PARK This morning you will rise early for a magical excursion into the Namib Naukluft National Park, entering the Park gates at sunrise to capture the dunes whilst the light is soft and shadows accentuate their towering shapes and curves. This area boasts some of the highest freestanding sand dunes in the world. You will gain an insight on the formation of the Namib Desert and its myriad of fascinating creatures and plants that have adapted to survive these harsh environs. Once you have explored the areas around Sossusvlei and Deadvlei to your heart s content you can enjoy a relaxing picnic breakfast in the shade of a camel thorn tree. Return to Sossusvlei Desert Lodge in the early afternoon for lunch, stopping off to view Sesriem Canyon along the way. This afternoon enjoy another guided activity within the NamibRand Nature Reserve. After dinner this evening you will spend a memorable evening at the lodge s observatory under the guidance of a qualified astronomer, learning about Namibia s night skies. Accommodation: Sossusvlei Desert Lodge DAY NOV (FRI) - KOLMANSKOP & FISH RIVER CANYON This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to the local airstrip where you board your private flight for the start of your day excursion. Flying to Lüderitz first on the southern part of the coast the flight is pretty spectacular. After landing at Luedertiz you will be met and transferred to the deserted Ghost Diamond Mining town of Kolmanskop for a tour of this historical site. You will be taken back to the airport, where you board your private flight to the Fish River Canyon. Upon arrival at the Fish River Lodge, you will be met and transferred to the lodge for a scrumptious lunch. You then fly over the Fish River Canyon arriving back at Sossusvlei Desert Lodge in the late afternoon after what would have been a fascinating day exploring the deep south of Namibia.
