3 Knights Mill Farm NORTH GEORGIA MOUNTAINS, USA Introduction: This historically significant property is perfect for development into a family compound with many choice lodge sites on one of the cascading streams or gentle ridges with long distance mountain and sweeping pasture views. Located in southwest Gilmer County within an easy 60 minute drive from Atlanta s I-285, the property consists of 1+ miles of rushing stream, +/-10 acres of lush pasture and +/-340 additional acres of mostly very mature valuable timber. Very valuable, mature stands of white and red oak, poplar, white and yellow pine, persimmon, and many other species grace the rich forest land, much of which has not been timbered since at least The lush pastures serve as a gateway to the main, scenic stream and old mill ruins located in the dense mature woodland. The abundance of streams springs and natural food sources create ideal conditions for large populations of turkey and deer. Mature stands of highly merchantable White Oak, White Pine, Mixed Hardwood, and Loblolly Pine combine with excellent topography to create an economical opportunity for conversion to more lush pasture land if desired.

9 The Water: Land with clean rapidly flowing water has always been the most sought after for its natural beauty and practical uses. Ruins of a 19th century water powered grist mill add an interesting historic element confirming the land s intrinsic value.
