South jct with buggy road Follow dirt buggy roads for 1.3 miles. Pass through gate in fence, RG. Follow I (Alligator Alley) rest area access road. Pass under I-75 (near MM-63). Rest Area to west. W, PT, R, PH, P. Enter parking area on north side of I (Alligator Alley). Cross fence at gate on east end of parking area onto dirt road. Follow Nobles Road. RG at "Y" intersection. Follow Nobles Rd to NW, paralleling canal W. Possible C 300' up road to NE. Jct south end of 8.7-mile blue-blazed loop trail. Carpenter Camp 1.7 miles east. C, W to N. Jct. Red Trail east 1.4-miles to loop trail Jct. Yellow Trail east 2.1-miles to loop trail Jct. primitive road west to Bundschu Grade Nobles homesite and airstrip to west of trail. FG, W, C 10 tents. Turn at "T" jct Nobles Rd and Jones Grade. North end of 8.7-mile blue-blazed loop trail. Follow Jones Rd. Foundation of old slaughter house to east of trail

3 Gate at National Preserve/Seminole Reservation. ***Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation requires permit*** Jct Jones Grade and W. Boundary Rd. Turn right (east) and follow West Boundary Rd. Cross West Feeder Canal. W Pass Billie Swamp Safari. L, M, gift shop, miles. Pass Big Cypress Cemetery Jct W. Boundary Rd/Josie Billie Hwy. (aka CR 833 or Snake Road). Ah-Tha-Thi-Ki Seminole Indian Museum located on SW corner of intersection. To reach Big Cypress RV Resort & Campground, go north 800' on Josie Billie Hwy, then right onto Hall Road 0.2 miles. CG Pass Citgo Gas Station. CS Cross over L-28-I Canal and Cypress Landing - Restaurant and Convenience Store. CS, M, R, PT. Junior Cypress Rodeo and Entertainment Complex. Turn at entrance crossing Billie Josie Hwy and canal. Follow canal service road along fence. Trail and canal service road makes 90 degree turn north. Turn and cross canal, then follow Huff Bridge Road

4 Intersection of L-3 Canal and Huff Bridge Road. Pass SFWMD Structure G409 and cross concrete bridge and turn left onto L-3 Levee. Follow L-3 Levee through SFWMD locked gate and cross second concrete bridge. This is the northern boundary of the Seminole Indian Reservation. ***Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation requires permit*** Pass SFWMD Structure G407A Pass under power lines Cross over SFWMD Structure G351 and pass SFWMD Structure G408. Pass SFWMD Water Gauge Cross over SFWMD Structure G342F Pass SFWMD Pump Station Deer Fence Road crossing and STA-5 Trailhead. Trailhead parking is located 0.3 mi east of road crossing. After crossing Deer Fence Road cross SFWMD locked gate and follow L-3 Levee & L-2 Levee. P, R, No Overnight Parking Pass SFWMD Structures G342C and G342B. Pass SFWMD Structure G342A Cross locked SFWMD gate Pass SFWMD Structure G Cross CR 835 (Evercane Road), go through SFWMD gate, continue on L-1 Levee.. Boat Ramp located to W. with covered picnic tables. No facilities. W

5 Possible C to east under palm tree. W from canal. Trail makes 90-degree turn at jct of L Canal and L-1E Canal. Trail makes 90-degree turn. Possible C in flat area west of dike. W from canal. Go through SFWMD gate and cross CR and L-1E Canal. Cross to other side of L-1E Canal on road bridge. Rogers Road. Cross power line, railroad tracks and dirt road to sugar cane fields. Cross railroad tracks and dirt road to sugar cane fields. Jct of L-1E Canal and Miami Canal Cross railroad tracks Cross Corkscrew Blvd. at Lake Harbor PO Cross US In John Stretch Park, cross Miami Canal on bicycle/pedestrian bridge. PW, R, PT, PH. NO CAMPING
