3 Travel Directions to Ski House Thrillseeker s Thanksgiving House 11 Upper Snowbridge Road Ludlow VT Okemo Mountain Resort Luxurious and Spacious Seven Bedroom Ski on / Ski off Home Take I-91 North to Vermont exit 6 (which is approximately 34.5 miles north of the Vermont / Massachusetts border). Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow signs to Route 103 West. From the exit ramp travel on 103 West approximately 10.1 miles. Here you will need to make a right turn in Chester to stay on Route 103. Continue on Route 103 for another 12.0 miles into the center of Ludlow. Total distance on Route 103 will be approximately 22.1 miles. There is only one traffic light in Ludlow. Once you pass this light continue on 103 for about 1/2 mile more. and turn left again onto Mountain Road, the access road to Okemo Mountain Resort. Just after you pass the Okemo base area and clock tower (that will be on your right) the road will turn left and become Upper Crossroad. Go the the end of Upper Crossroad and turn Right onto Westhill Road. Travel about 1/8 mile and at the fork bear right onto Ghia Farm Road. You wil then travel on Ghia Farm Road for about 6/10 mile. (Be very careful at the very sharp hair-pin turn at about 5/10 mile...this is the site of numerous spin-outs.) After being on Ghia Farm Road for the 6/10 mile, make a right onto Snowbridge Road. Snowbridge Road will wind (over the Sachem Trail, and along side the Ledges Trail). After about 4/10 mile you come to a cul-de-sac. Once you have reached the cul-de-sac, turn sharply to the left on what seems to be a common driveway...this is Upper Snowbridge Road. Our home is the middle of the three homes on this road. 4 By Car: From Points West (NY, NJ or Western, MA): Take I-87 North to New York Exit 23, then follow I-787 North to Troy, NY to NY Route 7 East to VT Route 9 East into Bennington, VT, then VT Route 7 North to North Clarendon, VT. Take right onto VT Route 103 South. Follow 103 South for 17.5 miles. Prior to the VT Route 100 intersection, take a right off of VT Route 103 onto Okemo Ridge Road (opposite the VFW Post on the left). Follow signs to Jackson Gore base area parking, or to the Jackson Gore Inn. From Rutland, Vermont: Take VT Route 7 South to North Clarendon, VT. Take left onto VT Route 103 South. Follow 103 South for 17.5 miles. Prior to the VT Route 100 intersection, take a right off of VT Route 103 onto Okemo Ridge Road (opposite the VFW Post on the left). Follow signs to Jackson Gore base area parking, or to the Jackson Gore Inn. From Points North: Take VT Route 100 South from Plymouth, VT. At VT Route 103 intersection in Ludlow, take right onto Route 103 North. Take immediate left onto Okemo Ridge Road. Okemo's Jackson Gore entry sign will be on your right. Follow signs to Jackson Gore base area parking, or to the Jackson Gore Inn. From points South: Take I-91 North to Vermont Exit 6, then VT 103 North, 24 miles to Ludlow. Okemo Access Road Entrance is on your left. From points East: Take I-89 to New Hampshire Exit 9, then NH 103 West to VT 131 West to VT 103 North, 2 miles to Ludlow. Okemo Access Road Entrance is on your left. Or, as an alternate from Boston, take MA 2 West to I-91 North to Vermont Exit 6, then VT 103 North, 24 miles to Ludlow. Okemo Access Road Entrance is on your left. Okemo Village Shuttle Bus: This complimentary service offers reliable transportation during the day for skiing and snowboarding guests and local residents to Okemo Mountain on weekends and holiday weeks. Check out the Okemo Village Shuttle Schedule. By Plane: Okemo Mountain is an easy drive from several major airports. Connections from Boston's Logan International Airport to Rutland, VT (just 25 miles to Okemo) are available through Continental Connection, operated by Commutair. Flights are offered Monday through Friday two daily flights to Boston's Logan Airport, and two daily return flights, Saturday and Sunday one outbound flight and one inbound per day. For reservations, call Car rentals are available at the Rutland Airport. Call Okemo Mountain Lodging Service at OKEMO for more information. 12 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation Policy: Initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All other money paid to Thrillseekers will be reimbursed if and only if Thrillseekers can sell this reserved space. If the reserved space cannot be sold there will be no refund. Payment: The payment schedule is outlined on page one and as such must be adhered to unless special arrangements are made with Thrillseekers. In the event that payments are not received 5 days after the due date, Thrillseekers reserves the right to cancel that individual s reservation for non-payment and to return funds as outlined in the cancellation policy. Returned Fees: In the event a non-cash payment is returned uncollected, the participant will be required to remit the uncollected funds along with an additional $25.00 penalty fee. This and all subsequent payments must be in the form of cash, certified check, or money order. Tour Conditions: Prices are quoted and tour is operated for a group consisting of a minimum 25 participants. Space is reserved by you and cannot be assured unless confirmed in writing and secured by the minimum deposit displayed on the reverse of the flyer. Transportation: Thrillseekers acts only as the agent for the carrier and as such assumes no liability for delay or nonperformance resulting from mechanical failure or weather conditions, labor difficulties or any cause beyond its control. Responsibility: Thrillseekers acts solely as an agent for the tour participant and assumes no responsibility beyond making initial arrangements for accommodations and transportation.
