Detailed Itinerary DAY 1 - ARRIVAL TO DUBAI WITH DHOW CRUISE After all the immigration formalities, our representative will be waiting for you going to the hotel. Feel free to enjoy and relax in your hotel room. Evening time will be for the Dhow Cruise. Enjoy and be relaxed as you cruise along the Dubai Creek. Delight yourself in a sumptuous international buffet dinner while watching the on board entertainment. Stay overnight at the hotel. Day 2 - CITY TOUR; DESERT SAFARI Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, our representative will pick you up for the Dubai City Tour where you will experience the old and modern Dubai. A visit to the Dubai Museum, Grand Mosque, and a glimpse of modern architecture like the Atlantis will truly leave you in awe. Then, during the afternoon, you will be mesmerized by the beauty of the Arabic desert as you ride beyond the desert dunes via the Desert Safari. 5 Day 3 BURJ KHALIFA; SHOPPING TOUR AND DEPARTURE DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Start your day viewing the whole city of Dubai from the top of the World s tallest building. Next stop will be the Dubai Mall where you can shop to your heart s content with the best deal in prices. Check out time to be done as per the hotel s policy, as per flight details our representative will pick you up from the hotel to drop you off at the airport. Last minute shopping can be done at Duty Free. Trip Note: Arrival Information: We don't expect any problems, and nor should you, but if for any reason you are unable to commence your trip as scheduled, as soon as possible please contact us at info@excursionpoint.com or call us at or as emergency contact numbers. Our airport representative will be waiting with a sign board with your name or Excursion Point Tourism on it. Please check carefully once you exit the baggage hall as there seem to be hundreds of people waiting outside in the arrival gate. If you have not made contact with our representative within 30 minutes, we recommend that you make your own way to the hotel and we will pay you back taxi cost if this occurs. Pre-meeting and trip briefing: On this tour, we will give a short briefing about the itinerary at the hotel on the same day of your arrival together with your group leader. Pre-trip meeting covers the information regarding the scheduled timings as well as answering any other query about the trip itself. We believe that pre-trip meeting is very important in order to have a better preparation for the tour. Service Level: This trip is leveled as a standard which means standard hotel rooms are provided with breakfast and sightseeing tours. Group Size & group joining: The minimum travellers are 2 persons. However, if you'd like to make a group booking for a certain number of clients which is more than 20 persons, we will be happy to arrange this for you. Our entire trip is a group joining basis unless any one does not request the private or the personal trip. Important Stuffs: We suggest that you always carry copies of your passport & visa. You should also have a list of contact numbers of family members as well as your flight booking office at hand. Accommodation: During the trip you will have your hotel accommodation at the best location having all the necessary establishments or malls at a walking distance or maybe a 15 minute drive. Single supplement: All accommodations are based on double occupancy. If you prefer single accommodations, you must pay a single supplement fee, which you can discuss with the company representative during the pre-meeting. However, it would be better if you can advise this preference in advance since hotels in Dubai are busy throughout the year and you may not find an available room during your arrival, Food and Drink: Buffet breakfast is offered at the hotel accommodation during the duration of this trip. Both vegetable and non-vegetable dishes are served during the mornings. You also

6 have an option of having tea or coffee in your room as it is an amenity. Bottled waters are also provided. Daily feature of hotel accommodation: A wake up call can be requested at around 6:30 since breakfast is usually served from 7 until 9 in the morning. Make sure to prepare everything that you need for the day s tour before breakfast as the pick-up timings are usually between 8:30 to 9 am. If your tour is done for the day, you can take the afternoon or the evening at your leisure and discover more the hidden beauty of Dubai. Staffs: An experienced tourist guide will be present in all the tours to assist you in any query that you have. All drivers for the vehicles that will be utilized during the trip are highly trained and all with valid UAE licenses. Acclimatization: Keep in mind that though will be travelling mostly by land and at least 1 tour will be a cruise in the creek and 1 with desert dune bashing, it is important to alert our staff if you are not feeling well to ensure that illness does not progress. We also advise that extra caution should be taken before undergoing any other activities or you can always ask for assistance from our representative or any other staff present on the venue. Safety & Security: We recommend the use of a belt bag or neck wallet for your valuable like passport, air tickets and cash. You can also carry a light bag or back pack during the tour. Just choose whatever is suitable and comfortable for you while travelling. Wear minimal jewelry while on tour, otherwise hotel rooms that we use have safety deposit boxes and you can store your valuables inside with a security code chosen by you only. Locks are also advised to be put on your luggage. Health & Medical Advice: You should consult with your doctor for up-to-date medical information before you are travelling. We recommend that you carry a First Aid kit as well as any personal medical requirements although our representative and venues of the tours are having it as well. Excursion Point also reserves the right to exclude any traveller from all or part of a trip without refund if in the reasonable opinion of our representative that they are unable to complete the itinerary without undue risk to themselves and/or the rest of the group. Medical Supplies: The supplies listed here are basic for a normal medical kit. If your doctor makes recommendations contrary to the suggestions here, follow your doctor's advice, and obtain substitutes for these items. It is not necessary to burden yourself with a lot of medicines for the tour, though you should carry enough to take care of minor problems. The ones listed here are sufficient for most situations. All Checklist for Explore the Emirates Adventure Essential Gears Since the months abovementioned are winter months in the UAE we advise that you carry with you at least 2 lightweight jackets, sweatshirts are also a must during the tour. Short pants, jeans, shirts and blouses can also be worn during the daytime. A pair of rubber shoes and flat sandals or any comfortable footwear can be carried. You can also bring your own pair of slippers. Don t forget your toiletries, underwear, personal medical supplies if any, camera or video recorder. Money Exchange: Local monetary is UAE Dirhams but they also change in other currencies like dollar at 3.65 AED for one dollar etc. But take note that rates may vary every now and then. Some ATM machines are available within the hotel vicinity, but you can be sure that there will be one nearest you. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted in all the malls and shops. Respect Local Dress: United Arab Emirates, though an open country is still a haven of the Muslim faith, hence, we advise you to dress modestly and respectfully. Do avoid wearing very short shorts, skirts or dresses, tank tops and tube tops especially when you have to visit mosques. Transportation: Private vehicles are provided during the itinerary of the sightseeing tours as well as airport transfers. If you want to experience the local transportation of Dubai, you can try the Metro Train Station, their local buses and public taxis.
