PUBLIC OPINION RESEARCH SURVEY RESULTS All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 1
Telephone interviews performed by specially-trained opinion research interviewers Conducted with 800 randomly-selected adults who resided within Naples or select zip codes of Collier County, Florida, using a combination of valid residential and cellular telephone listings +/- 3.46% overall estimated margin of error, with a confidence interval of 6.92% within which the results can vary April 26 May 1, 2015 Data was stratified so that the differences in vital characteristics, such as age, race, gender and geography (zip code) are represented in proportion to their percentages of the population of the study area Due to rounding, not all results add up to 100%, and the data is presented in a different order than the questions were asked Unless otherwise noted, only statistically-significant differences that were outside the confidence interval for the overall estimated margin of sampling error have been reported in this presentation of key findings Methods All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 2

Travel Habits & Views on Travel All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 4
There appears to be a high propensity for travel among Collier County residents, which suggests that they are probably greatly attuned to matters such as expansion of airport services Key Differences: 72% OVERALL 56% Born in Collier County 86% Part-time residents 74% 65 and older* 76% Whites 59% Hispanics 89% Naples residents * Difference was not statistically significant Very Somewhat Not at all Special occasions 3 1 Unsure How frequently do you travel to other states or places outside Florida? 72% Combined Frequent Travelers All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 5
Another indication that many residents are seasoned travelers who are likely to be knowledgeable and discerning about airport services and flights and that NMA may not be fulfilling all of their current needs 100 Key Differences: 60% OVERALL 58% Full-time residents 71% Part-time residents 71% Frequent travelers 66% 45 to 64** ** Difference was nominally significant Yes No Unsure In the past year, have you traveled to any airports outside of Collier County, in order to use commercial airline passenger service? 60% Flew Within the Last Year All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 6
21% 4 to 5 miles 37% More than 10 miles The absence of other significant differences besides distance suggests that the question may have been subjected to various interpretations, such as, perhaps, ability to get to the airport (traffic?) % 3 miles 80 or less 34% 6 to 10 miles Very Somewhat Not Unsure How difficult would you say that it is for business and vacation travelers to travel between Collier County and other states or places outside of Florida? 28% Combined Faced Difficulty All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 7
Irrespective of the services provided or other considerations, most residents, including many nearby ones, think that NMA has been a good neighbor and, presumably, an important and credible voice Key Differences: 75% OVERALL 72% Less than 10 years 78% Born in Collier County 78% Men 71% Women 80% 34104** 62% 34119** 84% 34013** ** Differences were nominally significant Yes No Mixed Unsure Thinking about the relationship that the Naples Municipal Airport has with the residents, do you think that it has generally been a good neighbor that has tried to be respectful and responsive to the needs and concerns of people who live nearby it? 75% Say it s a Good Neighbor All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 8
Initial reflexive support for the concept without the benefit of detailed knowledge of the plan is quite high, which suggests that there may be a strong and widespread pre-existing desire for expanded opportunities to travel from NMA to other destinations Support Oppose Mixed Unsure A prospective plan is being considered to add commercial passenger airline service to the Naples Municipal Airport, so that travelers can book flights from Naples to other parts of Florida and the United States. Generally speaking, do you support or oppose this plan? Overall Results All Materials and Intellectual Property 2015 Florida Opinion 9

Despite strong support for the plan, and many aspects of it, reactions to the composite narrative were, comparatively speaking, somewhat tepid although well above the majority threshold which could indicate some misgivings about paying higher costs to utilize the service, and there may be high price sensitivity that could affect usage Agree Disagree Unsure Do you agree or disagree that free parking, and the close proximity of the location, will off-set the potentially higher costs that might be charged by commercial passenger airlines operating at the Naples Municipal Airport, and make travelers less likely to drive to airports in other counties? 28 Interestingly, a substantial proportion think that such a plan could help to bolster the tourist economy, but there seems to be great ambivalence about the merit of doing so More tourists Left as they are Fewer tourists Unsure Do you think that Collier County should try to attract more tourists and visitors, or should things be left as they are now?
