12 Mansfield Police Department Page: 12 at location. The RP reports receiving text messages from who says he overdosed on medication last night and spent the night in the hospital. The RP relays that "won't fail this time." The RP believes will take an intentional overdose of medication. Officers advised and responding. History of Q5 attempts with this involved party. Ofc. Sennott forced entry to the home, requesting EMS for a hand laceration. Officers observed the involved party in the home and he refused to come to the door. Upon entry they saw a broken window and blood. Sgt. Pierce reports Ofc. Pepicelli and Ofc. Sparrow will be transporting the party to Norwood Crisis on a Section 12. Patient is combative.
