The size is 1100mm x 1200mm and is placed for the purpose of displaying Missionary Information. The cost of the work is approximately $ to be paid from Parish funds. 19 December 2013 East Coast Parish- The installation of two additional leadlight window panels to complete the trityph porch window in the Church of St Andrew s, Endeavour Street, Tolaga Bay. Designed by Alison Te Waru. Also the placement of an appropriate brass commemorative tablet to complete this project which celebrates 100 years of journeying together in the Oawa-Tolaga Bay community. The cost of the work is estimated at approximately $3,200 to be met from parish funds. 21 May 2014 Mount Maunganui Parish The alterations and installation of a new reception/office and meeting space, along with the upgrade of the Op Shop/Drop In areas in St Mary s Church Complex, Bayfair, Mount Maunganui. The cost of the work is estimated at $108, excl of GST. This work will be paid by using reserves currently held in the WBDT Income Fund (currently $280,000). The Parish Vestry approved this expenditure. 30 May 2014 Hiona St Stephen, Opotiki To erect a pare at the entranceway of the Hiona St Stephen s Church as part of the 150 th Anniversary celebrations (Easter 2014). The design is a carving of Mokomoko and Volkner greeting one another with a paipera (bible) held by both as a statement of reconciliation and restoration and the cost is to be a koha from the parish to the carvers. 4 June 2014 West Rotorua Parish For the deconsecration of the Church of St Peter-on-the Rock, Mamuka and sold for removal or demolition, (having removed the memorial stained glass window (to be re-sited at St Barnabas Church, Ngongotaha and also the sale of the land upon which the church is sited. The work will be paid from the proceeds of sale or tender for demolition. 4 June 2014 West Rotorua To have the memorial stained glass window from the Church of St Peter-onthe Rock, Mamuka re-sited at St Barnabas Church, Ngongotaha.
