Complete Master Files To avoid confusion about which is the latest version of each of the SiP documents being worked on, will provide access to the relevant parts of the Cloud. The current version at any point will be the one available on the cloud. Action: to make relevant parts of its Cloud drive open to members of the working group for read and download. Complete Reviewing Existing Published s The group agreed that when existing documents come to the point of normal review, the following elements will be considered as part of that review and the documents amended accordingly. legislative change impacts safety alerts, incident reports, prosecutions changes in industry procedure/ways of working/industry good practice effects of new technology new information that has come to light since publication new links and referencing The intention is not to substantially change a document s content unless there is good reason. Master SiP Template It was agreed that a standard template would be produced for document authors to work from, this will include all of the mandatory content of a SiP, standard paragraphs on a range of topics and a listing of indexes from all of the SiPs excluding the core content.
