1 Terms and conditions of participation in Apply, download, transfer/pay and get away with CIMB Clicks promotional campaign from 1 March - 31 May Participants of this promotional campaign must be individual users of CIMB Clicks Internet Banking who apply for the service and make transactions via both channels of CIMB Clicks (CIMB Clicks Internet Banking and CIMB Clicks on Mobile Application) during the campaign validity period, 1 March - 31 May Participants of this promotional campaign can aggregate the number of privilege for the lucky draw. Reserved for CIMB Preferred members only. 4. The lucky draw will take place on Monday, 16 June 2014 at CIMB Thai Bank Plc. 68/ Moo 8, Rattanathibet Road, Bangkrasor, Mueang District, Nonthaburi (Thanon Rattanathibet Branch). 5. Any participants winning more than one prize from the draw will only get the prize of the highest value.

List of winners will be posted in on Monday, 30 June Any person previously having applied, registered and cancelled the service, and, later on, reapplied and registered the service again during 1 March - 31 May 2014 will not be qualified to participate in this promotional campaign. 8. The winners can collect the prizes at CIMB Thai Bank Plc. s Head Office, 44 Langsuan Road, Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok, from 2 July to 15 August 2014 (Monday - Friday) during hrs., or as per the appointment made with the Bank s staff. 9. The winners are responsible for the withholding tax at 5% of the prize value. 10. The Bank shall not be obliged and/or responsible for any expenses on travel, accommodation and/or other expenses incurred when the winners come to collect the prizes. 11. In case the winners are not able to collect the prizes by themselves, the winners can nominate someone as their proxy to collect the prizes by presenting a letter of proxy and a certified copy of the winners (grantor) ID card as well as the proxy s ID card to the Bank s staff. 12. Any winners not collecting the prizes within the valid period (2 July - 15 August 2014) shall be deemed to give up their right. 13. The prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or for any other products or credit facilities, and cannot be transferred to other persons. 14. The winners shall maintain their status of CIMB Clicks users until the prize collection date; otherwise, they will be deemed to give up their right immediately. 15. The winners shall comply with the terms and conditions. In case the Bank has found any fraudulent conducts or actions against the objectives of this promotional campaign, the Bank reserves the right not to give the prizes without advance notice. 16. The Bank has right to legitimately reject, cancel or cease the activity without advance notice. The participants have no right to claim or request compensation from the Bank for any loss or damage directly or indirectly incurred. 17. The Bank reserves the right to change, amend and/or adjust the activity s process and/or terms and conditions regarding the prizes as per the Bank s discretion without advance notice. 18. The use of hotel voucher is subject to the hotel s conditions. The use of Royal Orchid Lounge voucher is subject to the conditions indicated in the voucher. The voucher cannot be used together with other discount or sales promotion. 19. The Bank reserves the right to change the prizes without advance notice. 20. The winners allow the Bank to print and/or publish the winners names and/or photos in order to do public relations and advertise the Bank s business at present and/or in the future as deemed appropriate. 21. The Bank s staff, their family and individuals/companies relating to this activity have no right to participate and receive any prize. 22. The Bank s judgment is final. Examination can be made on the Bank s internet banking transaction recording system.

5 Terms and conditions of Royal Orchid Lounge For access to Royal Orchid Lounge, Concourse C and Concourse E, Suvarnabhumi Airport 1. CIMB Preferred member must present his/her CIMB Preferred member card, international air ticket, and complimentary Lounge Voucher anytime of access request. 2. CIMB Preferred member is granted complimentary airport access twice a year. This voucher is valid from 1 January 2014 to 31 December Thai Airways International Plc. reserves the rights to limit the lounge service taking not to exceed 2 hours and 30 minutes per time per day. Otherwise, the member shall pay service charges at the rate specified by Thai Airways International Plc. 4. This privilege is exclusive for CIMB preferred members only. 5. Accompanying persons are allowed to access the lounge with service charge at the rate specified by Thai Airways International Plc. 6. This benefit does not cover other supplementary services such as massage or spa. 7. The Bank reserves the rights to amend, change or cancel the terms and conditions for airport lounge access without prior notice.
