President Mike Gallaher called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Mary Jane Robertson led us in the Pledge of Allegiance. At Arms: Mary Jane Robertson Membership: Mike & Dawn Stilwell NCM Ambassador, Newsletter Editor & Publisher: Chuck Watson Webmaster: Rick Poepping Charity Committee: Carol Johnstone SECRETARY S REPORT: Shirley reported that thank you cards and correspondence had been received from Jack and Jane Buehler, Tammy Ortmann and her family, and two letters of thanks along with drawings from two of the children from Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club. A motion was made by David Peeples to approve the minutes as published. Seconded by Karen Mericle. Motion carried. TREASURE S REPORT: Paul read the treasurer s report. Motion to accept Treasurer s Report was made by Chuck Watson and seconded by Dan Harris. Motion carried. MEMBERSHIP REPORT: Dawn Stilwell reported that we have a total of 82 primary members and 69 associate members giving us a grand total of 151 members. No motion necessary. NCM REPORT: Chuck Watson reported that the NCM still has space on the café tables for you pictures. Please contact the Museum direct. The Corvette plant is looking for cars for display at the plant on September 1st. They need C3, C4, C5 and C6 models. NCM Events: April C5/C6 Bash May C4/ZR-1 Gathering May Corvette Forum Cruise-in Sept th Chevrolet Anniversary Celebration & Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony NEW MEMBERS/VISITORS: No new members or visitors in attendance. 3 OCC Meetings: Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every Month and are open to members and guests. 4 Wednesday Night Dinner: Every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm a group of OCC members get together for an evening out. We go to a different restaurant every week and are always open to suggestions for new places to go. It is a great way to meet and get to know other members of the Club. All OCC members are welcome.
