1 DAILY PERFORMANCE REVIEW Thursday, 20 th September 2012 SENIOR OPERATING OFFICER S SUMMARY A good day for our customers, with just a few minor incidents during the day. Before SOT a cracked rail was found at Northumberland Park depot, but swift temporary repair work and a TSR had no impact on service. At Newbury Park a PIOT caused delays and a brief suspension, and just before midnight Waterloo Station was briefly closed for a fire alert cause by contractors working. There were no CAT 1 s declared and no waivers requested or issued.
