The costs to provide this service to the City should also apply to any 3rd Party/City sponsored banner events requiring this consultation. 1 The cost of providing artistic consultation, design services, installation and removal services and banner cleaning and storage services for City's 3rd party programs The following costs will be incurred by the selected Contractor as part of the original cost proposal*: 1) Minimum limits of Insurance. Contractor shall maintain limits no less than: General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. Automotive Liability: $2,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage. Worker s Compensation: No less than $2,000,000 per accident or disease. 2) The cost of providing the appropriate traffic control as approved the the City Engineer 3) Contractor will fix loose banners and make other minor adjustments free of additional charges within 1 calendar day. 4) Contractor must be able to execute standard City Agreement for a minimum one year contract. NOTES: 1) All Part Numbers referenced within are included within Dekra-Lite's most recently published Holiday catalog 2) All new décor referenced will be included within the 2015 Holiday program 3)City reserves the right to replace or accept items referenced above with an equivalent substitute and retain the same prices for the same product type. 4) City reserves the right to add or subtract items or quantities to. 5) Emergency repairs and maintenance, related to the illuminated Holiday décor, must be made within 2 hours of call for service. During the December holiday program ( Thanksgiving to New Year's) all décor shall be inspected nightly immediately after dark to ensure that displays are fully illuminated and fully functioning. Repairs are to be made to non-functioning lighting programs the same evening. 6) Non-emergency repairs and maintenance must be serviced within 24 hours of service call.
