4 On entering the grounds from Colquhoun Street, twin wrought iron gates open into a gravelled driveway that provides parking for numerous cars to the front, side and rear of the house. To the front, a large expanse of lawn is bounded by mature and well kept hedging with a selection of trees bushes, plants and shrubs adding colour. The lawn sweeps round to the other side of the house and around to the rear and the gardens are fully enclosed and perfect for entertaining and for children to play in complete safety.
