2 Auctioneers Remarks Halls have been instructed by Mr Fred Dulson to conduct this genuine sale on his decision to retire from active farming, the Dulson family having been at New House since The farm property will also follow for sale very shortly. It is a good mixed sale of interest to a wide range of buyers and encompassing his suckler herd and followers. Situation In St Martins take the Overton road and then turn left into Colliery road. Proceed for one mile past Old Ifton Colliery Industrial Estate and then turn left. New House Farm is the first property on the left. VAT Vendors VAT no: VAT will be charged at the standard rate as appropriate. Collection All lots purchased may only be removed when paid for in full (see conditions of sale). New Purchasers & Conditions of Payment All accounts must be settled on the day of sale, no credit will be available. Any prospective purchasers unknown to the auctioneers wishing to pay by cheque must make the following arrangements at least 7 days prior to the sale. 1. Inform your Bank Manager that you wish to pay by cheque. Tell them the likely amount that you intend to spend and instruct your Bank Manager to inform us by Fax or reception@hallsgb.com that it is in order to accept your cheque.

Buyers Registration All purchasers must register their name and address prior to purchasing. They will then be given a buyers card with a buyers number printed on this must be produced at each purchase. You need register only once as your number will be a permanent buyer s number. When registering you must supply a positive form of identification, for example, a Driving Licence with photograph. Money Laundering Regulations Lots in this sale may be purchased with notes, coins or traveller s cheques in sterling, provided that the total payable by you does not exceed the equivalent in Sterling of If the amount payable by you exceeds the equivalent to 10000, the balance must be paid otherwise than in notes, coins or traveller s cheques. These conditions are in accordance with The Money Laundering Regulations Electrical Items All electrical goods that are warranted will be tested by a qualified electrician prior to sale and a certification stamp will be placed on the plug prior to sale. Plugs and cables will be removed from any items that are not warranted. Overseas Buyers Will be required to pay the purchase price in full on the sale day, plus 20% deposit which is equivalent to VAT. This deposit will be refunded in full if the Auctioneers received within 3 months a Bill of Loading or Certificate of Shipment from the Shipping or Transport Company showing the date, place and vessel involved as proof of shipment for H M Customs & Excise. Photocopies Will Not Be Accepted unless authenticated by H M Customs & Excise. This condition will be strictly adhered to without exception.
