Please read and fill up the contest form and hand over the same to our Sales Officer and you will stand a chance to win a car or a bike or free holiday or a Net Book or a Blue Ray player or camera or mobile phone amongst other interesting items. A contestant will be eligible for only one gift. Q3. Do I need to pay anything extra? A3. There are no additional charges. You are eligible for the contest the moment you book a tour as mentioned in the table on page 4 and make the full tour cost payments and handover the duly filled in and signed form to our Sales officer. Any statutory taxes / insurance dues etc. if any, would have to be borne by you. Q4. What is the validity of this offer? A4. This offer is valid for bookings received between 27th of August 2013 and 6th of September Q5. When do I have to actually travel on these holidays? A5. You can choose to travel on any dates, as per the availability, between 1st of October 2013 and 31st of March Q6. How do I become eligible? A6. As soon as you make your full payment of your tour cost and hand over your duly filled and signed contest form, you are eligible to win a gift subject to certain terms and conditions. If you are an Indian national and hold a valid photo Id (Passport / Driving License / Voter Id / PAN Card), then you are eligible for this offer. For international Holidays, in case you do not have a valid passport, then you must get one but keep in mind the date of departure. Q7. Where do I book my holiday? A7. You can book your holiday at any of our Cox & Kings Offices, Franchisees or (PA) Preferred Agents or on our website by paying a minimum amount of Rs. 3,000 per person to reserve your holiday. Q8. Can I book ONLINE and OFFLINE? A8. Yes the offer is valid for both online and offline bookings. Q9. Is the Win a Car Offer redeemable in terms of Cash? A9. No. Your gift can not be redeemed in Cash. Q10. Can I exchange the gift? A10. No, the gift cannot be exchanged for another gift. Q11. Is the gift under Win a Car offer transferable? A11. No, the gift under the Win a Car Offer is non-transferable. Q12. Are children eligible for the offer? A12. Minors are not eligible to this offer unless the guardian signs all the documents on behalf of the minor. Infants and children upto 5 years will not be eligible at all. 2

3 Q13. How will be the Contest forms distributed? A13. When you book a tour with us and make the full payment towards the tour cost. Our Sales Officer will handover the contest form to you which you need to duly fill in and sign it. Q14. When do I collect the gift? A14. You can only receive the gift once you are back from your main holiday. Please refer to the chart on page 5 on how to redeem your gift. Q15. What if I don t have access to a store to pick up the gift in my city? A15. Some of the offers are location specific where the availability is dependant on the location of the stores. If you do not have an outlet in the city of your residence, you can redeem your gift on your visit to that city only. Q16. What are the rules of the contest? A16. The gift is applicable to people who make the full payment towards the tour cost. The gift can only be claimed after completion of the tour. If you cancel your tour or are unable to travel on tour, you will not be eligible for the contest. All statutory taxes (direct or indirect including local levies, TDS, registration fees, octroi, insurances, etc) are applicable on your gift and have to be paid before delivery. Q17. I have a promo code. Will I still get the discount and the gift? A17. Yes. This contest is valid for all guests booking on our tours as mentioned against Q28. If you have a valid promotion code, you can use that to make a booking and still be eligible for the contest. Q18. What are the tours covered by this offer? A18. You can choose from our marvelous platter of Duniya Dekho Escorted Group Tours, FlexiHol Individual Holidays and Bharat Deko Indian Holidays as mentioned against Q28. Q19. What are the inclusions and exclusions of the holiday? A19. Please refer to the price grid for all costs of tours and for the inclusions and exclusions and any other information that you need and the information also be confirmed through are sales officer. Q20. When do I get my gift? A20. After you have returned from your holiday, and if you have won a gift, you will be able to redeem the same. Please see the chart on the next page which would explain what the gifts are and how to redeem your gift. Q21. What happens if my visa is rejected and / or my passport is delayed due to any procedural delays? A21. In case you are not granted your visa and / or you did not get the visa and / or your passport in time and if you have proof of the consulate rejecting your visa, you may be able to shift to another tour of a similar value. This will be subject to availability and this change should be at least 30 days prior to the departure of the tour. You will be given a choice to travel on any holiday which does not require a visa (subject to availability) from the list upto 15 days prior to departure and will still be eligible for your gift. If the change is less than 15 days prior to departure date, then the transfer will not be allowed and you will not be entitled to any benefit or amount in lieu thereof. The cancellation charges listed on page 3 shall apply. Q22. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday Packages to avail this Win a Car Offer? A22. You will have to pay for anything that is listed in the exclusions list. For further details, please refer to the inclusions and exclusions in the price grid. For this offer, it is recommended to get Cox & Kings to guide you with the Visas. However, please note that Visas cannot be guaranteed by Cox & Kings under any circumstances and Cox & Kings are merely facilitators for providing visa services. Any future taxes levied by the Government of India or any other statutory / regulatory body will have to be paid additionally by you. It is recommended that the Foreign Exchange be purchased through Cox & Kings. 3

4 Q23. Is this offer valid during festival dates / certain holidays / trade fairs or any other period? A23. High season surcharge shall be applicable for all categories of tours as listed in the exclusions and in the Terms and Conditions. Q24. What if I do not pay on time? A24. If your full payment (reservation amount, booking amount, documentation charges or full payment) is not received by the due date and / or you do not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments. If you do not wish to travel then you will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule. Q25. What if I cancel my booking made under the Win a Car Offer? A25. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have made under the Win a Car Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges and you will not be eligible for the gift. Q26. What if Cox & Kings cancels my tour? A26. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such a situation we would offer you alternative tour dates / tours / itineraries. If no alternative date / tour / itinerary is acceptable, we would refund the money paid by you after deducting the visa, and any other costs incurred by us on your behalf. However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expense incurred by you. On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full payment you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid. For ONLINE bookings, on the website via credit card, you will be able to view the monies paid under the View Transaction listed on the site. You will have to pay all bank charges including charges relating to cheque / demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost. The Courier charges will be applicable. The Company reserves the right to decline your booking/s for any Tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason. 10 HOW TO BOOK YOUR INTERNATIONAL / INDIAN HOLIDAY OFFLINE Just follow these simple steps: Step 1: You can call for a brochure or download the brochure on the website or visit any of our Cox & Kings offices, franchisees or agents for the brochure, price grid etc. Step 2: Step 3: Step 4: After reading and understanding the tour itineraries and inclusions, exclusions, How to Book rules, visas, optional, taxes, Terms and Conditions, Promotion Offer (if any), price grid, etc, select your chosen tour. Read the Booking Conditions and Terms and Conditions carefully and accept and sign them. Pay a minimum token reservation amount of ` 3,000 to the sales staff of our Cox & Kings offices / Franchisees / Preferred Agents / Agents who will pay us. OR You can also pay all these at one time. i) Token reservation amount of ` 3,000 per person. ii) Interest free non refundable booking amount of ` 20,000 (for International Holiday) iii) Documentation Amount which will vary as per the destination. Step 5: If you have only paid the Token reservation amount, then you must pay the interest free non-refundable booking amount and the documentation amount within 10 days from the date of your booking by cheque / demand draft or cash. Step 6: You have to visit the outlet where you had made your Reservation Amount payment and submit all these documents listed below: a. Cheque / Demand draft in favour of Cox & Kings Ltd b. Physically signed booking form by the traveler c. Physically signed Terms and Conditions form by the traveler d. Signed Photocopy of the first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your passport. e. Physically signed BTQ form by the traveler. f. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc. g. PAN No. / Form 60 in case the payment is in cash h. Visa documents. Step 7: The full and final balance amount has to be paid 45 days prior to the departure date to be eligible for these Offers. You have to submit these payments at the same outlet where you did your previous payments. NOTE: If you are making cash payment above 20,000/- you would have to submit a copy of your PAN Card to us and an Income Tax declaration. Any payment made to your travel agent by you would not constitute payment to the Company until the same is remitted to the account of the Company and cleared. If your balance payment reaches us after the due date or you have not followed the payment deadlines as per the chart shown on page 6,7 and 8, you would no longer be eligible for the Cox & Kings Offers. You would automatically be charged the regular brochure price or any current promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments. On payment of the booking amount and documentation amount / full payment you will receive an acknowledgement for the amount paid. 11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) The Win a Car Offer is subject to the prevailing laws including law relating to Foreign Exchange and RBI Regulations. In case of travel services for which payment in Foreign Exchange is required to be made, the client will have to pay the same as part of the Basic Travel Quota at the applicable rate from Cox & Kings. 2) Please refer to our Cox & Kings Brochures, this promotion booklet and / or Price grid for complete details, booking conditions and Terms and Conditions of your holiday for complete details. 3) Subject to RBI / GOI approval for International holidays and all applicable laws and rules. 4) Subject to Terms and Conditions of Cox & Kings Ltd. 5) Festival and High Season surcharges will apply. All kinds of taxes, fuel hikes, statutory or regulatory taxes as and when received, would be applicable with immediate effect. 6) For International packages, the prices are calculated as per respective currencies (EURO 1 = INR 84, USD 1 = INR 63, AUD 1 = INR 57, NZD 1 = INR 50, ZAR 1 = INR 6) however the payment will be calculated at the prevailing rate on the date of payment. 7) Any dispute regarding defective, deficient or unsatisfactory quality of the gift must be addressed by you directly to the manufacturer / service provider of the Prize. Cox & Kings Ltd. shall not be liable / responsible for any defects or discrepancies in the quality / quantity of the gifts provided to you. 8) The Win a Car offer does not amount to endorsement of travel services provided by third party suppliers like Airlines, Hotels, Transport providers, Cruise companies etc. whose services / products are availed by you. Cox & Kings Ltd. shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency therein. By participating in this Win a Car offer, it is presumed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the same. 10) In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Win a Car Offer or any alleged defect or deficiency of service, the same shall be resolved through a sole Arbitrator appointed by Cox & Kings as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the language used shall be English and the seat of Arbitration will be at Mumbai.
