4 Enforcement Warden Patrols Our Warden Patrol Service is provided free of charge. We supply all signage and equipment outlining the terms and conditions of the car park along with uniformed wardens who will patrol your car parking area when necessary. Tact and diplomacy are two very important skills that are required in what can sometimes be a contentious business and all our wardens are handpicked and meticulously trained to defuse confrontational situations and to recognise special needs and circumstances. Our wardens carry the very latest handheld software in the form of MNPR (Please see below for details of MNPR). They also carry PCN (Parking Charge Notices) which can be affixed to the windscreen of any offending vehicles. MNPR Manual Number Plate Recognition. This is the latest and most up to date method of car park enforcement. This is perfect for car parks such as: retail parks, shops, stores and anywhere where staff are present. As this method allows us to patrol the car park on foot and we don t need to affix a ticket to the windscreen it is often seen as a safer method. We can take all the photographs required, and then we request the registered keeper s details from the DVLA. We then send out a PCN via the post direct to the registered keeper. This dramatically reduces any on-site confrontation to our staff or your staff. We will advise you what we think is the best way to enforce on your site, but you will have the right to choose with method is used on your site, one or the other or a mixture of MNPR and PCNs. Wardens also work well alongside ANPR Automatic Number Plate Recognition. Most companies use either wardens or ANPR on its own. ANPR only addresses certain offences. For example, ANPR can t see a person abusing a disabled bay, but ANPR will calculate exactly how long a vehicle is entitled to stay on a pay and display or maximum stay car park. 5 ANPR Systems Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) reads the vehicle registration number plate, and records entry and exit times of parked vehicles. A parking charge notice can then be issued to any vehicle exceeding the allotted time restriction. This can be used for either maximum stay car parks (Retail Parks, Supermarkets etc) or Pay and Display car parks. ANPR parking enforcement has many benefits that other traditional forms of parking doesn t, such as no need for wardens & non-confrontational. 6 Self Issue issue Self Issue Parking Kit Issued by you, enforced by us. With our self issue kit, you are in total control of your parking spaces. After signing our Private Parking Protection Agreement (contract), we can give you the correct equipment for you to issue tickets (PCN s Parking Charge Notices). We will fully complete the installation of the correct parking signage on your land, and as soon as your site passes the IPC audit, you will be ready to monitor your own land. From signing our contract to going live takes around 3 working days. This simple and effective method is available by using MNPR (Manual Number Place Recognition) you no longer have to write a ticket out! All you need to do is to photograph the incident (4 Photos needed) and upload via our Secure Web based app. All PCN S issued by you are checked to ensure the correct evidence has been taken, and the correct information has been inputted. Full training is given to every new client at no extra cost. If you would prefer to write a PCN out and affix to the windscreen of the offending vehicle,that is also available from us. The choice is yours. If you issue parking charges, then simply upload the photo evidence via our app and fill out the data fields, or the pictures to us and we will add the PCN to the system for you and enforce the charge at no extra cost to you. At all times, the enforcement of the charge is carried out within the law and the code of practise set out by the IPC International Parking Community Our app is available on android and IOS, it works in real time with our office system so as you issue tickets they appear in our office instantaneously. Once we have received payment from the PCN you have issued, we will pay you a compensatory payment of per parking charge notice. This will be paid to you at the end of every month.
