6 Bravofly Rumbo: Brief History The Group was set up in Italy in 2004 with the website Volagratis.com. In 2006 the office Headquarters were moved to Chiasso, in Switzerland; it was at this point that the Group began to move into the international market. The first flight search engine focused specifically on the searching for and booking of low cost flights and along with the addition of new products it has now become the main online travel booking tool in Europe. The rapid growth and position as a market leader has enabled the Group to broaden the range of services offered, as shown by the addition, at the beginning of 2012, of sites such as Hotelyo.com, 2spaghi.com, Vivigratis.it, Parchigratis.it e Prezzibenzina.it. In November 2012 the Group acquired Rumbo, the largest online travel agency in Spain, which was founded in 2000 with strong technological expertise and customer assistance. With this acquisition the Group has consolidated its dominant position in Southern Europe and strengthened its presence in over 30 countries, from South America to Russia. Currently the sites of the Bravofly Rumbo Group are available in 15 languages and customer assistance is guaranteed in 12 languages. p.6

9 Searching and booking flights Bravofly.com, Volagratis.com and Rumbo.com offer a simple and unique flight search and booking system for over 500 airlines, both low cost and traditional carriers: all you need to do is insert your departure airport, destination and the date and the best price for your chosen period is displayed immediately. p.9

10 The Find a Deal Those in search of the cheapest flight who can be flexible will find the Find a Deal tool extremely useful. The Bravofly Rumbo Group has developed this tool to allow everyone to find the cheapest travel solution by processing over 26 million searches carried out every month on the Group s sites. Alternatively it is possible to select the maximum amount that you wish to spend for your flights in order to decide where and when you could fly within the means of your budget. p.10

11 Combined Flights and Special Offers Bravofly.com and Volagratis.com are the only search engines that offer users combined flights: flights where the outward and return journeys are operated by different airlines, combining also traditional and low cost airlines. Bravofly has a whole section dedicated to Special Offers. In this section, currently only available on Bravofly and Volagratis, you can see all the best deals the Group makes available to its customers thanks to exclusive arrangements with the major operators in travel. p.11

12 Package Holidays The Package Holidays section has so far only been developed for Volagratis.com and Rumbo.com and is dedicated solely to the best offers from the major tour operators. It is also possible to build customised and convenient flight and hotel solutions using the Dynamic Packages ( Pacchetti Dinamici ): a system which allows the customer to create their very own tailor-made package by combining flights and hotels to suit their needs. p.12

13 Hotels On Bravofly.com, Volagratis.com and Rumbo.com you can choose the hotel for your leisure or business trip from over 250,000 hotels worldwide offered by the leading hotel reservations providers You can choose a hotel based on parameters such as price, category or distance from the centre or other points of interest in the city. In addition, reviews from other users who have already stayed at these places and have expressed an opinion about the service offered are also available. p.13

14 Cruises For the section dedicated to cruises, the Bravofly Rumbo Group operates in collaboration with Crocierissime.it, the first site dedicated to cruises in Italy, boasting contacts with the largest Italian and foreign cruise companies Amongst the cruises offered are those of Msc Crociere, Costa Crociere, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and other companies, in order to offer a complete overview of the world of cruises, both maritime and river-based. p.14

19 Viaggiare.it, Viaggiagratis.com, Viajar.com Viaggiare.it, Viaggiagratis.com e Viajar.com are the sites dedicated to package holidays: using the latest technology the user can search, compare and book their trip at the best price, choosing between the best flight and hotel solutions or offers proposed by tour operators. Thanks to a dynamic search engine, you can create your own tailor-made trip combining the offers of over 500 airlines and more than 250,000 hotels. The site offers other information, including tips and content generated by the user, thanks to the collaboration with Trip Advisor. p.19

20 Crocierissime.it Crocierissime is the first Italian website that specializes in booking cruises. Formed in 2010, Crocierissime allows you to book cruises with the largest Italian and foreign companies amongst which are Msc Crociere, Costa Crociere, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, all over the world, from the Caribbean to Northern Europe. A state-of-the-art platform, being the only one to integrate itself with companies in order to ensure on real-time both availability and the best prices on the market. Crocierissime.it also operates in the French market on the website Bravocroisieres.fr. p.20

21 2spaghi.it 2spaghi is the first community specializing in restaurant reviews in Italy, and also offering the opportunity to book directly online. With 2 million unique users every month and over 50 thousand restaurant reviews, 2spaghi is a social platform that allows food lovers and restaurateurs to share, review and comment on their favourite restaurants, as well as booking them from the website, mobile version or the apps. p.21

23 Volagratis PRO, Volagratis BIZ, Rumbo Negocios Designed for travel agencies, Volagratis PRO offers a free unique and professional system to operators within its sector, which allows them to utilize specific payment facilities and be privy to important advantages for those in the field. Volagratis BIZ offers a system that responds to the needs of any agencies who would like to reduce the costs of business travel whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. Perfect for the family as well as friends and couples, Parchigratis.it is the latest innovative product to be added to the portfolio of the Bravofly Rumbo Group and is dedicated to those who want to have fun without spending a fortune. The innovative system allows the user to combine the best solutions of park + hotel at the most convenient price. p.25

26 Vivigratis.com Vivigratis.com is the site that compiles all the deals and offers of purchasing groups and other commercial operators, presenting them in a uniform manner all on one site. Users can customise the homepage and newsletter according to their personal preferences and tastes. This way they can keep an eye on the best offers from a specified city without having to check through the numerous offers published every day. p.26

27 Bravofly Rumbo applications All the services of searching, comparing and booking flights are also available on your mobile and tablet. In the itunes App Store you can download the Bravofly application for the iphone and ipad, which in a short space of time allows you to search, use filters, look at all the details and complete the booking in a simple and secure way. The application is also available for the Nokia phone in the Ovi Store and for the Android from the Market. February 2012 saw the release of the new applications, Volagratis Plus and Bravofly Flights Plus, exclusively for the iphone, ipad and ipod. This latest app comes more complete with more functions and it is possible to search and book flights, follow their progress using flight status and receive a 20 voucher upon download. p.27
