DESCRIPTION Gobagrennan is approached via a metal gate opening onto a wide track off the main road which can be accessed from either side of the property. The track leads up to a parking area to the rear from where the property is accessed via a glazed door. GARDEN AND LAND To the front of the property is a pretty walled garden comprising a lawn, mature plants and raised gravel area from where it is possible to enjoy the far reaching views across the adjoining countryside. Also from the front garden are steps leading up to the conservatory. A gravel path continues around the house to the rear where there is parking for several cars. Gobagrennan comes with approximately 12 acres of land which extends to the north, east and west of the property.
