Currently e-tourist visa is available for Nationals of over a hundred countries (the details are given on the below mentioned website). You can apply for Indian Visa (If applicable) through online application link The Hotel - Conference Venue Hotel transfers are included in the cost of the hotels. Please note that transport services are being arranged for participants who are making their room bookings with Sun Tours. If you prefer to book at the same hotels directly or through your own travel agent, we can provide you with the transport services (airport transfer and/or venue transfer) at an additional cost subject to availability. A few days before the workshop, we shall be sending you an with: - The Mobile phone numbers of the persons who will be meeting participant/s at the airport (They will be carrying IBO placards). - Mobile phone numbers of the contact persons from Sun Tours who will be coordinating the hotels and other arrangements for the Workshop. - Hotel address and telephone numbers. - Timings for the shuttle coaches from the hotels to venue and back TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations will incur a penalty of 1 full night s accommodation if cancelled up to one week before the arrival date. 3. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur penalty of full payment. 4. Check-in & Check-out time at hotels is 12 Noon. Neither the IB nor its directors, officers or agents are responsible or liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions during the Conference nor any excursions related thereto. Travelling to and from the Conference venue shall take place under the participants sole responsibility. Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks incurred by themselves or their companions at the Conference and to secure adequate insurance coverage. Swiss law shall govern any legal issues relating to the enrolment and participation in the Conference. Any disputes arising with respect to or in connection with the enrolment and participation in the Convention shall be finally settled by one arbitrator in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Geneva.
