AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES WHAT: The AOSR After School Activities (ASA) & Athletics Programs offer a selection of sports, art, music, robotics, and more for all students in grades K - 12.

2 AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES WHAT: The AOSR After School Activities (ASA) & Athletics Programs offer a selection of sports, art, music, robotics, and more for all students in grades K WHEN: From 15:30 to 16:45 HOW: Registration is online at Cost: Price per session (any mix of activities) per student 1 day per week: days per week: days per week: days per week: days per week: Payment may be made in cash (Euros) or check (Euros) or wire transfer (Euros). Checks are made payable to: American Overseas School of Rome. Payment must be made upon registration and only to the school cashier in the Villa office (open from 8:30 to 16:00, Mon-Fri). Payment must be received by Friday, February 10. A student s participation will be put on hold until payment is received. Students must be signed up through the online enrollment prior to 12:00 of that activity date in order to participate. No Trial Week during Session II. New AOSR Families: Families who enroll at AOSR during the school year will be offered a prorated cost for the current After School Activities session. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after payment. Doctor s Certificate: All sports activities require a doctor s certificate for all students (certificato di sana e robusta costituzione). Non AOSR Students: There is a registration fee of for all non-aosr students.

3 On Campus after school: Students must be involved in an after school activity, a sport or an official school activity to be able to remain on campus after 15:30. Students in ASA and Athletics who do not ride the late bus must be picked up promptly by 16:50. Pre/post activity pick-up location: Students will meet their after school teacher or coach in front of the ASA Office at 15:25. Students in Kindergarten 2nd grade will be picked up by an After School Coordinator from the designated pick-up classroom. The post activity pick-up will be in front of the ASA Office at 16:50, not at the activity location. Transportation: Students must be picked up promptly after classes unless they are signed up for late bus transportation home. Please make sure that your child knows where his/her late bus stop is if it differs from the regular bus stop. Students in Grade 1 through 3 may not take late buses home unless they fill in the ASA Bus Permission Form and are granted approval by the Bus Coordinator. Kindergarten and below are not allowed to ride the 5pm buses. Activity Observation: We kindly request parents to limit their presence during the lesson. Though we completely understand the desire to remain and watch your child in their given activity, their participation improves greatly when they are fully engaged in said activity. We will provide dates for lessons/demonstrations and games open to all! Rain: Alternative activities will be provided if the scheduled activity cannot be conducted due to rain. Activities are NOT cancelled if the weather is inclement. No reimbursement will be made due to rainy days.
