Lot A Current highest bid 750 Bidding suspended until the Ball. 3 night Weekend Stay West Harbour House, Burnham Overy Staithe Norfolk (Sleeps plus an extra 4 children by arrangement) West Harbour House is a very spacious and well-appointed holiday home in the highly sought after coastal village of Burnham Overy Staithe, with stunning views across the creek and marshes out to sea and Scolt Head Island. Beautifully presented throughout, this house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in its 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house can sleep an extra 4 children by prior arrangement. It has the advantage of a wonderful first floor drawing room with breath-taking views. With an attractive enclosed garden and only a minute's walk to the harbour and an excellent local pub, this makes it the perfect place for family and friends to stay together throughout the year. 2 There are 2 entrances and plenty of parking space. There is a large front garden which is enclosed and mainly lawn, with a variety of shrubs and plants. To the rear of the house is another garden, including the terrace area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The harbour and the coastal path, as well as The Hero pub (serves good food) are all within minutes walk away. The Georgian village of Burnham Market with its great selection of independent shops and galleries and the renowned Hoste Arms is only 2 miles away. Burnham Overy Staithe A pretty coastal village with a busy harbour which used to be predominantly a fishing village, but is now a very popular place for sailors, walkers and bird-watchers, with the area being designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. It takes about 30 minutes to walk along the coastal footpath across the marshes out to the vast expanse of sandy beach which is quite often deserted. The large black Burnham Overy windmill dominates the skyline for miles

3 around and on the outskirts of village there is a fine collection of 18th century mill-buildings next to the river Burn. It has been held at the All England Club in Wimbledon, London since It is one of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments (Majors), the others being the Australian Open, French Open and US Open. Wimbledon is the only Major still played on grass. Approximate value 172

Overall size 24 x 31" Annabel Pope first visited Africa as a child and continues to travel and spend time in the continent throughout her education. Her work has documented visits to several other continents including India, Far East and South America. Her great passion for travel allows her to visualise and witness wildlife in its natural Environment and is the inspiration for all her work. Her talent as a Wildlife artist is shown by transferring the unique spirit and energy of her subject matter to the observer. Annabel regularly Exhibits throughout London and the UK, putting together her own shows and working with Galleries. Her work is hanging in several lodges in East Africa and in Private collections worldwide.annabel regularly contributes her work to many charity events and exhibits with travel companies to promote holidays worldwide. Country side Alliance, Countryside Foundation for Education, Zambian Conservation and Lewa Rhino Conservancy she donated designs of her work for card s. A silent auction was held of one of her paintings for Tusk Trust, and printed in Sir Timothy Ackroyd s new book. Her last trip to Kenya, she was asked to be Artist in Resident, working with Jonathan Scott and Warren Samuels from the BBC Big Cat Diary series. She is the official artist for China and New York Ralph Lauren children s Store s and working on commissions for them. Last year she had a very successful Solo Exhibition at Cricket Fine Art, London. Original Illustrated Cartoon of Old Buckenham Hall School and its residents By Lorna Maxwell Lorna Maxwell who is the author of The Amazing ABC Adventure, has created a beautiful and original illustrated cartoon of OBH and its residents. The cartoon will be available to view in the Inner Hall at OBH from Thursday 6 th June ( half term pickup ). There will also be a small print run of the original cartoon, prints will be available to purchase, further details to follow. Kindly donated by Lorna Maxwell. Approximate value 1500.

7 Lot F Current highest bid 2500 Bidding suspended until the Ball. A Children s Day Shoot on the 19 th December at the Roughham Estate, Bury St Edmunds A children's day on Thursday 19 December for a team of 9-10 guns. The Rougham estate is a mixed partridge and pheasant shoot located some 5 miles east of Bury St Edmunds with boundaries extending from the old Rougham Park south east into Drinkstone. The topography is diverse and rolling, involving woodland and parkland settings as well as more typical Suffolk partridge shooting. The shoot runs an active Wednesday and Saturday syndicate with typical syndicate bags averaging throughout the season. The shoot is experienced in organising, and encourages, smaller driven days for the younger generation - with parents or experienced shots present to stand with the younger guns. Typically the day involves 6 drives with a drinks and lunch stop taken (drinks and lunch are not included) after the second and fourth drive respectively. Approximate value 3500+
