Reconcile the Forth Yacht Club contacts with Scottish Canals contact list Investigate if Scottish Canals property team is looking to purchase boats following customer notification of plans to leave Outcome Feedback received from SCBG by which was included in evaluation Trial of new accounting system complete and changes in personnel addressed. Customers ed 6-8 weeks in advance and again two weeks prior Customers to note. This has been done & communication received back Customers have approached SC but no boats have been purchased and this is not a strategy.

61 Monkland Canal (Forth & Clyde West Team) Both open sections of canal have been worked on but the section between Woodhall intake sluices and Cairnhill Weir has been totally opened up. The canal hasn t been this wide since it was last dredged in the 1980 s. This is the main feed for the Forth & Clyde Canal
