2 is a beautiful 1920s building in the St Thomas area of Exeter close to the river and historic Quayside. It s Theatre Alibi s home and the recently refurbished spaces are where we rehearse our shows, make costumes, props and puppets and have our office. When we re not using the spaces, you can hire them for rehearsals, meetings, auditions, prop making, workshops etc. Spaces available include: Rehearsal Studio with Small Meeting Room/Office Large Meeting Room Theatre Alibi is a registered charity. We re very grateful to Arts Council England and Exeter City Council who support our work and subsidise the hire charges of this building for artists and arts organisations. The income from hiring out contributes towards annual running and maintenance costs.

The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, small oven, toaster and kettle. The cupboards and drawers contain mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery etc. The Green Room is next to the kitchen. It has comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing and there is access to an outside grass area with benches. Kitchen Green Room

4 WORKSHO Length 6.4m Width 9m Height 2.9m A well-lit room with wooden floorboards, equipped with work benches and an extractor fan. This space can be used for rehearsals, meetings, workshops, auditions and as a making space. There is a double set of doors (207cm high x 129cm wide) from this room into the Rehearsal Studio as well as into the corridor for access via the rear of the building (209cm high x 120cm width). VAT will not be added to the hire prices below, but does apply to equipment hire and other services. It only applies to bookings that are made up to 7 days in advance for daytime weekday hires. 6 How to find is just off Okehampton Road in Emmanuel Road, St Thomas, Exeter EX4 1EJ. Exe Bridges On foot from St Davids Station Come out of the station and go to the main road (Bonhay Road). Turn right. After 15 minutes you ll get to Exe Bridges. Cross over the river and turn right onto Okehampton Road. Follow the road until you pass under a railway bridge after which Emmanuel Road is the second turning on the right. Emmanuel Road is a small close with at the end. By Bus The bus stops on Okehampton Road approximately 200 metres from. The route is: ennsylvania via High Street to Okehampton Road. arking The car park is small, so please ask at the time of booking if you would like more parking spaces. The fee for additional vehicles is 1.50 per vehicle per day, which can be paid in advance or on the day. There are also two ay & Display car parks (free after 6pm) nearby (see map above). There is a parking space for people who are disabled and a ramp at the front of the building. A bicycle rack is situated at the rear of the building.
