4 Sales Information TERMS OF PAYMENTS Reservation A non-refundable deposit of 5,000 payable upon reservation. Exchange of Contracts First deposit of 10% (of which reservation fee is part) payable on exchange of contracts to take place within 21 (UK) working days of receipt of draft documentation (the Period ).
