2 Business Park Welcome to the Aerohub Business Park, one of the UK s largest designated Enterprise Zones, providing planning-free development plots, rates relief and enhanced capital allowances. At the gateway, Plot 2 is currently under construction providing 2,770m² of offices and industrial units. This scheme is funded by Cornwall Council and ERDF and is due to open early Well connected to road rail and air transport, the initial phase of the Aerohub Business Park comprises 15 plots with access roads, pavements, cycleways, landscaping and services already in place. The Aerohub Business Park is next to Cornwall Airport Newquay, which is well positioned to become a UK Spaceport by 2020, with the first launches planned in The UK Spaceport will facilitate a satellite technology cluster of national importance and future focus for global innovations in rapid transit and space related launch technology.
