1 DIRECTIONS To the Pitch: Ives Estates Park NE 16 th Avenue, Miami, FL From LaQuinta: Follow NW 26 th Avenue/Oakwood Blvd. south toward Sheridan Street. At Sheridan Street, turn right and head toward I-95 South (to get on the highway you will need to be on the left). Take I-95 South to NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road (the exit will be busy as it is the exit for Aventura Mall) When you are getting off the exit, you will need to make a right at the light (tip: don t follow the traffic they are going to the mall) At the next light (which has a BP kiddy corner and a Fire Station to your direct right), you will be turning right. This street is NE 16 th Street. Follow the street and around the corner you will see the entrance to Ives Estates Park on your right. From Ramada Marco Polo: Exit the hotel and go North on A1A. Go through the first light and at the next left turn you will need to make a U-turn to go South on A1A. (there is an empty lot on your left and you will have to go back towards the hotel). Once you are going South on A1A, you will need to turn Right at the William Lehman Causeway/NE 192 nd Street (which is the main street across from your hotel). Follow the causeway until you reach US-1. You will need to turn right on US-1 to go North. Once you turn, the Aventura Mall will be on your right and you will see an exit for Ives Dairy Road and I-95 on your right. Follow this exit. You will go under US-1 and will then be on Ives Dairy Road stay in the left hand lane until you get past the high school (which will be on your right). Take Ives Dairy Road past I-95 and turn at NE 16 th Avenue there will be a BP kiddy corner and a Fire Station to your direct right. Follow the street and around the corner you will see the entrance to Ives Estates Park on your right.

2 To the Friday Social: Upper Deck Ale and Sport Grill 906 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL From LaQuinta: Follow NW 26 th Avenue/Oakwood Blvd. south toward Sheridan Street. At Sheridan Street, turn right and head toward I-95 South (to get on the highway you will need to be on the left). Take I-95 South to Hallandale Beach Blvd. Turn left at the exit to get on Hallandale Beach Blvd (going east). Go approximately.2 miles past US-1/S. Federal Hwy and the bar will be on your right with a giant neon green sign. The bar also has pedestals in the front driveway. Parking is in the back. From Ramada Marco Polo: Exit the hotel and go North on A1A. Go through the first light and at the next left turn you will need to make a U-turn to go South on A1A. Turn left on Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd./NW 62 Street. Turn right onto NE 2 nd Avenue. Churchill s will be on your left across from the Walgreens. You will see the British paraphernalia outside. Be sure to park in the lot next to Churchill s (where the giant bus is)

Turn right onto NE 2 nd Avenue. Churchill s will be on your left across from the Walgreens. You will see the British paraphernalia outside. Be sure to park in the lot next to Churchill s (where the giant bus is) From Pitch: Exit the pitch by turning left out of the park. Follow the street around which will lead you to NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. Turn left at NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. You will need to get on I-95 going South which will be on your right very shortly after you turn. Take I-95 South to Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd./NW 62 Street. Turn left on Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd./NW 62 Street. Turn right onto NE 2 nd Avenue. Churchill s will be on your left across from the Walgreens. You will see the British paraphernalia outside. Be sure to park in the lot next to Churchill s (where the giant bus is) From Airport to Hotels: Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) To LaQuinta: Exit the airport taking either of the following: o US-1 Take US-1 South to Sheridan Street (this will be after the McDonalds on your right and two gas stations on the corners) Turn right on Sheridan to head west.

4 Once you get to the Oakwood Plaza (next to the BP and giant sign on your right including Kmart, Old Navy, BJ s ), you will need to turn right into the complex this is N 26 th Street. Follow N 26 th Street straight until you run into the hotel. o I-95 Take I-95 South to Sheridan Street. At the light, you will need to turn left to head east on Sheridan Street. Once you get to the Oakwood Plaza (next to the BP and giant sign on your right including Kmart, Old Navy, BJ s ), you will need to turn left into the complex this is N 26 th Street. Follow N 26 th Street straight until you run into the hotel. To Ramada Marco Polo: Exit the airport taking either of the following: o US-1 HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS WAY!!! Take US-1 South until you get to William Lehman Causeway/NE 192 nd Street (this will be directly after the Aventura Mall on your left) Go over the causeway and at the end of the causeway you will need to go north on A1A/Collins Ave; be in the left lane. Your hotel will be on your right hand side right after you turn on A1A/Collins Ave. There is some construction on the front of the hotel, so you will see a big screen over the front. o I-95 Take I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road. You will need to exit going left, which means you will be following the majority of the traffic turning. Once you pass the high school on your right be sure you are in the right hand lane because you need to get on US-1 South. (This lane backs up because of the traffic going towards the mall). Once you are on US-1 South, you need to get to the William Lehman Causeway/NE 192 nd Street (this will be directly after the Aventura Mall on your left) Go over the causeway and at the end of the causeway you will need to go north on A1A/Collins Ave; be in the left lane. Your hotel will be on your right hand side right after you turn on A1A/Collins Ave. There is some construction on the front of the hotel, so you will see a big screen over the front.

5 From Airport to Hotels: Miami International Airport (MIA) To LaQuinta: Exit the airport going towards FL-826/Dolphin Expressway (there is a lot of construction so be careful). Take FL-826/Dolphin Expressway east towards I-95. There will be a TOLL be prepared to stop at the booth and pay $1.25. Get on I-95 North towards Fort Lauderdale. Take I-95 for almost 20 miles until you reach Sheridan Street. Exit Sheridan Street being prepared to turn right at the light. Note: you will need to make a left at the next light to get to your hotel. Once you get to the Oakwood Plaza (next to the BP and giant sign on your right including Kmart, Old Navy, BJ s ), you will need to turn left into the complex this is N 26 th Street. Follow N 26 th Street straight until you run into the hotel. To Ramada Marco Polo: Exit the airport going towards FL-826/Dolphin Expressway (there is a lot of construction so be careful). 6 From Pitch to Local Hospital: Mount Sinai ER (Aventura)* Exit the pitch by turning left out of the park. Follow the street around which will lead you to NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. Turn left at NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. Take NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road to US-1/Biscayne Blvd. Go South on US-1 and turn Left on Aventura Blvd/199 th Street. The ER will be the second left turn entrance *Note: this is just the ER so it might be quicker process; they will send to you the hospital if they need to. From Pitch to Local Hospital: Aventura Hospital Exit the pitch by turning left out of the park. Follow the street around which will lead you to NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. Turn left at NE 205 th Street/Ives Dairy Road. Go North on US-1 going left on NE 209 th Street. You will see the hospital on your left across from a funeral home and gas station.
