2 Your Ultimate Day Schedule! 5.15PM Meet your girls here: PLEASE NOTE: The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant departs from and returns to Tramstop # 125 Normanby Road, near the corner of Clarendon Street, South Melbourne. You will find us located diagonally across the road from Crown Casino and adjacent to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Your group MUST be here waiting at 5.15PM. Sorry to sound like your nana, but please make sure every girl knows how important it is to be on time! Passengers must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the departure time! Please be sure that every girl in your group has access to this map, & that they know not to meander to the tram departure point as any missed connections will not be refunded as part of your hens package. Please be aware the trams must depart promptly at the scheduled departure time, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. The Colonial Tramcar Restaurant is not able to wait for late arrivals.

3 Your Ultimate Day Schedule 5.30PM Your group will have made its way to the Tram Car Restaurant departure point, & at 5.30PM meet with your hostess and prepare for your tram to depart! 5.45PM PM You will enjoy your luxurious 3 course meal and champagne whilst journeying through Melbourne on this unique and gorgeous tram car restaurant Your Early Dinner booking is an experience you will never forget! 7.30PM Your Tram will return to the same place is departed from, stay in your group & get excited, because your stretch limousine is here to pick you up! Get your cameras ready! 7.30PM 8.30PM Enjoy your glamorous limo circuit experience for a full hour around the CBD, and by the sparkling Yarra! It s the hens choice as to where you would like to be dropped off to the foot of your favourite lounge, theatre or even a private residence to continue the champers! On Completion: The evening is yours to do what you like with (if you have enough energy after such an indulgent experience!) As well as all the normal My Ultimate Hens booking info, Please make sure that you have provided your Personal Hens Consultant with the following: *Advised us of any allergies or dietary requirements of all of the guests attending the package *Let every guest know the start and end points of your package & make sure they are on time! * Have a browse through the FAQ s, T s & C s & Privacy Policy so you are all clued up! *Download and fill out the Hens Organisers Pack from the My Ultimate Hens website to help your organise your guest lists, girls payments, RSVP s etc! *Call us or your personal hens consultant if you are unsure of anything or have any questions - we are here to help! What to Bring: Camera you don t want to miss those memories! Hens Gift If you haven t organised a group gift then just ask us & we can arrange everything from couples massage vouchers to champagne hot air ballooning! Some cash for additional food, drinks & a cab home What your package includes: - Your Personal Hens Consultant to help you along every step of the booking process - a 1.5 Hour dining experience on the Famous Colonial Tram Car Restaurant - a 3 course gourmet menu (see below for details) -The cost is fully inclusive of all food and beverages from the Tram Car Restaurant s fully stocked bar. - A Chauffeured Stretch Limousine pickup - 1 hour city circuit cruise! - Hens choice of drop off location in the central CBD area - GST & booking fees What your package does not include: -Transport to the package starting point - Transport after the package has ended - Additional Drinks or Food other than those listed above - Refunds if your group does not make it to the Tram Restaurant on time Please make sure everyone knows how important it is to be on time!
