4 Monthly Events Bring the whole family out to feast on some of Central Florida s finest specialty food trucks while enjoying live music and the picturesque setting of Center Lake Park. 5 Annual Events Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Join the City of Oviedo and Oviedo Citizens in Action for a day of celebration for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The MLK Day Parade will start off the morning followed by a family fun day. There will be games, live entertainment, food trucks, vendors and inflatable games. Averages 2,500 attendees/year Parade Live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and inflatable games January 15, 2018, 10am-3pm Round Lake Park, 891 East Broadway Street Fitness & Wellness Expo and 5K Come out for a one stop shop to learn about all the varieties of fitness and wellness related options in the area. Talk to personal trainers, sample products, enjoy complimentary demos and much more! 6 Mardi Gras Center Lake Park is transformed into Bourbon Street, New Orleans themed festival. Mardi Gras is back and better than ever. Come for an evening of Cajun and Creole cuisine, specialty vendors and live entertainment. Average 3,000 attendees/year Look for a stilt walker, mime, juggler, a variety of bands, and much more! Family-friendly February 24, 2018, 4pm-8pm Center Lake Park, 299 Center Lake Lane Bark and Brew Bring your favorite pooch (friendly dogs on a leash are welcome) and come out for a day of craft beer tastings and family fun. There will be plenty of pet activities and vendors. 7 Car Show Join us with DJ Musica and Cruisin Orlando for a great time checking out amazing cars and trucks from the area and jamming to the best beats and jams for all eras. Great food and drinks available at the park and throughout the new Oviedo on the Park development. Free general admission 100s of cool cars & trucks Food trucks & other vendors March 11, 2018, 11am-2pm April 22, 2018, 11am-2pm Center Lake Park, 299 Center Lake Lane Marshmallow Drop Watch a helicopter take flight to drop hundreds of marshmallows at Oviedo Sports Complex. Once the marshmallows have dropped, children can race to collect as many as possible that will be redeemed for candy. Then, join vendors and entertainment for a morning of fun. 8 Relay for Life Charity Golf Outing Join us for the 9 th annual Relay for Life Golf Outing at the beautifully revitalized Twin Rivers Golf Course to support the American Cancer Society. Includes lunch and dinner, more food and drinks throughout the course. Raffle & silent auction. 9 4 th of July Celebration The City of Oviedo's annual July 4th Celebration & Fireworks Show is one of the best places in the area to celebrate Independence Day! 11 Carnival of Screams This is a three day haunted house event. On Thursday, it will be the haunted house only (no "carnival" with inflatables, games, etc). On both Friday and Saturday the event will include inflatable games, carnival games, and food and drink available for purchase. During the first hour each night, the haunted house will be family-friendly with lights on. 12 12 Days of Christmas Tree Lighting, Food Trucks & Santa November 29, pm-9pm will be in combination with Center Lake Park's annual tree lighting for a spectaclar night of our two of our most popular events. The Nutcracker November 30, pm-8pm The Nutcracker performance by University Performing Arts Centre is a two-act ballet that was originally produced by Tchaikovsky. This is a free event. Build a Bear December 2, pm-4pm You can create a bear to donate to a child in Nemours Children's Hospital who will be in the hospital on Christmas. Cookies and Cocoa will also be available. Santa Paws December 5, pm-8pm Make sure Fido is dressed to impress! Santa will be available to take pictures with your fur babies. Fur baby friendly vendors will be on site. Ugly Sweater Party December 6, pm-9pm Join us for a wonderful night of wine, beer, and appetizers. Wear your best ugly sweater to win!

13 12 Days of Christmas Snow Mountain Snow will fall once again in Oviedo! Fresh from the North Pole, 70 tons of wonderful white snow will be at Oviedo on the Park. Enjoy the wintery treat with sledding, and just general winter fun. Snow Mountain will include a tremendous snow slide, snow pits, a holiday train, swan boats, a giant snow globe, cookies and hot cocoa, many holiday vendors and entertainment throughout the night! Tons of snow Holiday movies and music VIP tickets available Breakfast with Santa Santa will be making a special trip from the North Pole to join us at the Oviedo Amphitheatre and Cultural Center for breakfast. A breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs will be served. Come early to ensure that you will be around for Santa's story time and activities. 14 12 Days of Christmas Santa s Calling December 11, pm-8pm Santa will be sitting down on the night of December 11th to call all of the good boys and girls. Twin Rivers Reindeer Ride December 13, pm-9pm Ride through nine themed holes and experience a different display or treat at each. Movie in the Park December 14, :30pm Come out for the free, monthly Movie in the Park hosted by the City of Oviedo! This is an outdoor event that takes place on the lawn at Center Lake Park. Handel s Messiah December 15, pm-9pm Come join the community at City of Oviedo s 6th Annual Performance of Handel s Messiah. This family friendly show is a wellknown choral masterpiece written by Handel, a German composer. Jingle Bell Run December 16, am-11am Run over to Center Lake Park to join us at the Jingle Bell Run 5k. Registration opens at 7am and the run will begin at 8am. Vendors will be available before and after the run for your enjoyment.

17 Rental Opportunities Center Lake Park Amphitheatre and Cultural Center is the crown jewel within the City s Oviedo on the Park redevelopment area. Located off Oviedo Boulevard at 357 Center Lake Lane, the Cultural Center provides the ideal location for weddings, receptions, banquets, parties, retreats and performances. The Cultural Center includes a grand ballroom, large amphitheatre, outdoor patio, and beautiful views overlooking Center Lake. Rentals options include a set-up and break-down of tables, chairs, and a dance floor along with access to the two private green rooms, A/V system, and televisions.
