3 THE VENUE Our park is located at the heart of Beumont s forest on the high side of Wavre. It offers a hilly landscape in the middle of centuries-old trees. Located near Brussels, it takes only 20 minutes by car to reach Aventure Parc by the E411. A free parking is at your disposal. For more ecological travel, Wavre s railway and bus station is only 1km from the park. You will enjoy a modern, open and bright setting that suits for many events. Our 400m² reception area is equipped with lockers, changing rooms, sanitary facilities and a cafeteria. Our 3 terraces have a total capacity of 250 seats and can be covered in case of rain. Enjoying daylight, our seminar room accommodates up to 150 persons in theatre layout and is equipped with a screen, flip-chart, beamer and a Wi-Fi connection. 4 FORMULAS The objective of the ACTIVITY formula is to have a good time in a good mood with the colleagues. During the activity the colleagues will have to coach each others to achieve the different courses. With the CHALLENGE formula you will combine the activities with team working by choosing some challenges (on the acrobatic courses or on the ground) to resolve in small teams. The ideal formula to develop the team spirit and cohesion in a natural atmosphere. Discover the acrobatic courses with your colleagues during the night with a headlamp. Aventure Parc offers activities for the whole family. Invite your colleagues and their family to spend a good time together. All formulas can be proposed with a catering service. See page 13. 5 1. ACTIVITY COURSES 3h of activity Min. 10 participants After receiving the equipment and safety instructions you will start the discovering of our 13 acrobatic courses with our instructors. Our courses are progressive, accessible to all and require a normal physical condition. Safety system is 100% secured by our undetachable pulley. 7 JUMP! Why don t you test one of our 4 unique jumps? Every participant will do the same jump. 45 min of activity Min. 10 participants Thrills guaranteed! Jump like a stuntman in a gigantic 100m² inflatable mattress! 2 jumps in total freedom. Start with a 5 meter-height jump and move on to a 8 meter jump. Forest Jump Be ejected up in the air! Enjoy a unique experience in Belgium that will propel you to 17 meters high. Space Jump A swinging jump at 15m high! Jungle Jump is a unique innovation in Belgium. Fly and swing with the wind! Jungle Jump A free fall from 20m high! Attached to a security system, you climb up to an 18m ladder high. Once the top of the tower has been reached, position yourself at the edge of the diving board to jump into the void. 8 FLY! 30 min of activity Min. 10 participants Slalom high up between the trees on a 320 meters long course descending for 35 meters! CHALLENGE We organize 2 types of challenges: 3 to 5h of activity Min. 20 participants Height challenges, after a warm up on the acrobatic courses you will achieve the chosen challenges in teams Challenges on the ground Challenges are accessible to all and involve human qualities, reflection and organization rather than physical strength. This formula requires to develop the team spirit and cohesion with the whole team. Every challenge last +-45 minutes. On our acrobatic courses, perform a relay race in record time. Determine the optimal configuration of the team together in order to make the best use of the strengths of each participant. Find the hidden clues on the acrobatic courses. Together, decipher the secret message by putting the found clues in common. In the Fun Kids course, a 10 meters high filet course, you will have to move a giant ball to avoid the obstacles with your team AVENTURE PARC WAVRE ENTREPRISE 2018 Page 9

10 Discover the Beumont Forest. A compass, a map, riddles... Your team will have to solve the multiples mysteries of the field. At the end of the hike, you will have to gather together the many clues gathered in the various unusual places of the field. This activity is organized and supervised by our staff. Discover the beautiful nature of the Beumont forest. Accompanied with a guide you will meet the exceptional flora and fauna of the field. Enjoy the calm of the nature. After a short introduction to archery, you will try to win our contest in 2 innings: target shooting and balloons shooting. Supervised by a qualified coordinator, you will be introduced to the work of the clay. Inspire you of the natural frame to reveal your creativity based on the theme of the day. 12 4. FAMILY DAY 3 to 5h of activity 20 to 400 participants Aventure Parc offers activities for the whole family. Invite your colleagues and their family to spend a good time together. Children move around in a net course at 2 meters high. The playground includes: huts in the trees, balls, rope labyrinth, inflatable castle and somersaults! 3 white courses from 5 years 3 yellow courses and 5 green courses from 7 years + the Tyro kids, 300 meters of ziplines for every adventurer The Tower Kids, climb in a net tower of 15 meters high The Fun Kids, 600m² of labyrinth filets at 12 meters high An animator will insure a hunting animation for 1 hour.
