2 The Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex in New York City features a wide range of high-impact branding opportunities that target the heavily traveled West Side Highway, Hudson River Park bikeway/ walkway traffic and Chelsea Piers visitor foot traffic. West Side Highway and Hudson River Bikeway/Walkway Opportunities* Chelsea Piers spans five city blocks between 17th Street and 22nd Street along the West Side Highway. Branding opportunities that target over 100,000 passengers traveling southbound and 100,000 passengers traveling northbound on the West Side Highway include: three (3) 40-foot by 80-foot billboards along the East Façade of Chelsea Piers, one (1) 37-foot by 45-foot billboard along the South Façade of Chelsea Piers, and a 30-foot x 40-foot LED video screen. Each of these units is also highly visible to Hudson River bikeway/walkway traffic and Chelsea Piers foot traffic. On-site Opportunities at Chelsea Piers Within the 28-acre Chelsea Piers complex are eight (8) double-sided, 7-foot by 11-foot lightboxes, four (4) foot by 20.5-foot pedestrian walkway banners and one 13-foot by 7.5-foot video wall. The lightboxes are situated within the Pier 60 and Pier 61 parking garages and are visible to on-site pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The pedestrian walkway banners are located on the Sunset Strip, the major walkway connecting the piers.
