Cancellation and Refund Policies All Busch Gardens Williamsburg school programs operate rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather. All programs require a 30-day reservation with a signed special event agreement and must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival. Groups of 15 or more must book 30 days prior to arrival.
